"The check-up service is absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. They promised my tests would be completed by the afternoon at the latest, but instead, I was left waiting endlessly. Everyone around me was also complaining, and when we asked for updates, the staff gave vague and useless responses. The system is completely broken, nothing works properly, and the entire process is a waste of time. I strongly advise against coming here under any circumstances."

"Amazing hospital!! I came 1 week ago to do liposuction, tummy tuck and gynecomastia. All the staff were amazing from start to finish, they explained everything very clearly. I would like to especially thank Prof. Dr. M. Erol Demirseren and his assistant Dr Eren Bilgin who performed my operation. All the nurses were very sweet and caring, I would like to personally thank nurses Pelin, Begum & Fatma for all your support. They allowed my partner to stay in the same room as me, the food was very good. I highly recommend this hospital."

"We had a good experience but it was pricey. I visited for an ENT issue and got good care but the price was high: $410 USD for an exam and a hearing test to diagnose tinnitus. My husband paid $100 USD for a single blood test. The hospital was modern and clean but more like a public hospital than a private one because it was so busy. I thought there would be English speaking staff with such high prices but the only English speaker was the interpreter who was provided by the hospital at no charge. We would have been lost without the interpreter who shepherded us through the system. I understand charging foreigners more but I thought the prices excessive for a public hospital experience."

"I can only agree with the many negative reviews. I had the feeling that you shouldn't necessarily expect humanity here with a foreign ID card; the main thing is to have a lot of money with you. Prices were quoted on the phone, but as soon as you show your foreign passport, they increase them threefold without good reason. Long waiting times, unfriendly staff; I feel it's more like an expensive commercial building than a hospital."
