"I attended my visa medical examination with Bupa Medical Visa Services and left feeling quite disappointed with the lack of transparency in their pricing. Despite having prepaid for the required medical exams, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional $120 on the day of my appointment. At no stage during the booking process or prior communication was it clearly outlined that further charges could apply under certain circumstances. For a service that is part of a formal visa process—where applicants are already committing significant time and money—this kind of unclear pricing feels unprofessional and misleading. Transparency should not be optional, especially when it directly affects people’s financial planning. While the staff conducted themselves professionally during the appointment, the unexpected cost has significantly impacted my trust in the service. Why aren’t all potential additional fees clearly disclosed upfront so applicants can make fully informed decisions before attending their appointment?"

"I lost my late mom's earring here and it really was her prized possession. I sent them an email about my appointment and details, and their level of care & humanity really shined because they looked for my earring and they found it. How they handled the situation from start to finish was beyond commendable. Also, even before this incident, service from start to finish still deserved the 5 stars. 🥹🙏🏽 I'm grateful to the staff and to everyone who looked for my earring. Thank you!"

"I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I went there for a medical examination expecting a professional and respectful process. During my visit, a manager named Samantha spoke loudly to me in front of more than 10 people, which felt humiliating and unnecessary. I tried to explain my situation and provide additional information, but I was not given the opportunity to speak or clarify properly. When I asked if we could sit down and discuss the matter calmly, that request was refused. What was also concerning is that the doctor initially had one opinion regarding my case, but Samantha disagreed and insisted on additional tests, which resulted in extra costs for me. When I attempted to explain further details, I was accused of changing my answers, which is not true. All the information I provided can easily be verified. I fully respect medical procedures and understand that clinics must follow their policies, but patients should still be treated with respect and given the opportunity to explain their situation. Unfortunately, that was not my experience."

"My elderly parents have just had their visa medical undertaken here and they said the experience was actually lovely! The staff were so friendly and put my parents at ease. The clinic is lovely and clean and runs like clockwork - thank you for looking after my folks!"

"All of the staff is well behaved and polite and the process was quick. One odd thing that happened - Nurse gave my 3 year old kid a small coloring book as a gift after his blood test and he was very happy. However, the guy at the reception demanded it back. Although he was not rude, but it was incredibly cheap thing to do. Why give something to a child in the first place if you have to take it back. My kid was asking me about it the all the time way back home."
