The first day I just walked in and was welcomed by the staff who answered all my questions. The second day, I had the procedure done and I am happy with the results. "No clear 100% clear plan for treatment after sergary. It is about service. Especially after payments. The hospital in general is old structure and looks like no maintenance is deployed frequently. Bathrooms has no air cycle fans, so the smell would stick badly. Air conditioning is not working properly, i tried to explain and complain about it. First they changed the room. But the issue was still exist. Disturbance from the nurses is bad. They do not knock the door and do not close on leaving. Many service points needs to be improved."

"My wife recently had surgery done on her left shoulder at this location. The hospital was recommended by her surgeon. We are originally from the United States, so I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. Overall the level of care was good. Our room was clean, but the staff didn’t do basic things like turn on the air conditioning. Communication was definitely a problem as the nurses didn’t speak English, but Google Translate can work miracles. Staff was kind and helpful."
