"I was given a scholarship to take an One Health related course in this university in the November of 2025, hosted in a classroom near the hospital, when I got harassed by them including a male tutor, who always demonstrated his belt and underwear in front of me, an Asian girl in the classroom. But they denied any wrongdoings and instead the tutor labeled me as ‘lacking diplomacy’. What’s worse, I was almost driven crazy by all the other students and staff who dismissed inappropriate behavior but too many people at the scene burst into the kind of cruelty-based laughters in every 3 minutes throughout the course with the sound frequencies that severely disturbed human’s mental peace, the kind that made you live under a live torture. LOL, instead of taking me seriously, on the afternoon of the last day, they whimsically banned me from entering the classroom and here came their dean who behaved badly by shutting the door at my face (very close to my face) which created thunderstorms that vibrated across the buildings with his use of bodily violence that kind of injured me. After the course, they deliberately kept me from participating in other course activities online that I had followed through by impeaching me as someone who had bad behaviors and in my back, they labored numerous defamatory emails to publicly deprive me of other opportunities. I will never forget what they did and how they normalized the collective bullying on One student. Also to be noted that, another course activity was banned from my participation involuntarily on my side but without my notice; administratively this severely is infringing the right of the student. But I am not a victim because I am fighting against bullying and the bullying I dealt with took place in a subtle and collective way and it happened under a rigid structure that gave too much leeway to punish those who spoke against ‘inappropriateness’ but not those who covertly committed such venoms to suck others of their energy everyday."

"Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced In the emergency room. They make you wait over 5 hours to get three stitches. You have 5-10 doctors nurses standing around doing nothing 24/7. Only one! Male nurse was friendly. All the rest were arrogant and did not treat patients with respect or kindness. I guess it now a normal German behaviour. Absolutely disappointed. Would rather lose my finger than come here again for medical help."

"I arrived at 5 a.m. with a fever over 40 degrees and pain all over my body. They refused to attend me, telling me it wasn't an emergency and that I should find a general practitioner and make an appointment. Yeah, right, at 5 a.m. Sometimes you have to use logic, but it seems their intelligence goes on vacation."

"I'm from the Uk and was travelling and staying in a hostel nearby. I wasnt feeling well that day i just kept feeling worse and worse until it got to the point in the night where the pain was unbearable. I wasnt sure what else to do otherwise than come to the a+e, and I was terrified because I don't speak German and wasn't sure what to do with the insurance and paperwork. Everyone was so helpful from the moment me and my boyfriend arrived. The receptionist helped us sort out our insurance and paperwork, all the doctors and nurses were so thorough and made me feel comfortable and safe the whole time. They were quick with all the tests and their English was really good which helped us feel more comfortable in understanding what was going on. When they took me back to the bed ward the nurse was so kind and even offered to get me anything and a second blanket. I have nothing bad to say at all, their service was amazing all the way through. (everything was a LOT better and more organised than the NHS in the UK...). Thankyou so much :)"

"The longest waiting time ever!!! 😤 I cut my finger and came to the emergency department around 12:45. It’s now almost 17:30, and I’m still here!!! When we arrived, we had to wait for 1 hour just to be admitted. Finally, I was taken to the examination room, but after 45 minutes, all they did was disinfect the wound and put on a bandage. Then I was told to go back to the waiting room. Now I’ve been waiting for another hour!!! I feel like I’ve spent an extremely long time waiting and still haven’t received proper treatment. 😒"
