Mediclinic Al Noor Hospital

"I am feeling bad to give this review since this branch of mediclinic is our favorite hospital from my pregnancy down the time did deliver my baby , with my husband’s surgeries. Hospital staff and doctors are very accommodating not until today. We got an appointment for my husband since he is feeling weak the past few days the lady who is assigned at the customer service in general practitioner was rude. He was askin my husband who’s doctor but we apologize to her and told her the guy who booked him the appointment didn’t tell him the name of the doctor and we did t receive any SMS for the confirmation. She said how she will know?? Till we there is another filipino patient who is askin if they can gor for check up but the guy seems new and doesn’t know his insurance even. She said “HOW WILL I KNOW IF IT GO THRU??” I guess being a CS shouldn’t be rude like that. But after that she has all the time to watch video’s. We should not be like this to the patients who go in and out in the hospital."

"I did a surgery for my daughter, the doctor was great and skillful. However, the nurse team barely respond, you must ask for 3 times. House keeping comes only once a day There is no fridges in the rooms! Which is important for milk storing. The isolation between rooms is so bad The following videos explain what i mean!"

"Subject: Complaint Regarding Delay in Admission at MedClinic Airport Road Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my concern regarding the delay in receiving proper care at MedClinic, Airport Road. I was diagnosed with a severe infection, and my doctor advised that I stay at the hospital for treatment. I arrived at the emergency department at 12:00 PM, but as of 7:30 PM, I am still waiting to be transferred to my room to receive the necessary treatment. I strongly suggest that the hospital ensure rooms are available prior to patient arrival so that patients do not experience unnecessary exhaustion or delays. A hospital is meant for timely treatment and care, not for prolonged waiting that worsens a patient’s condition. I hope you take this matter seriously and improve the admission process to prevent similar situations in the future."

"I would like to thank Dr. Matouk for being such an excellent, compassionate, empathetic and a kind of doctor where you can easily reach even outside of the hospital. I was worried sick with my daughter’s health and he truly put me at ease by making her feel better. I would also like to thank the nurses not only in pediatrician department but also in kids ward when my daughter got admitted for 3 days. Your hard work is truly appreciated! All the best and more."

"A Grateful Reflection on Our Recent Experience at Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital We have been visiting Al Noor Mediclinic Hospital since 2004, and our recent experience on 14 October at Airport Road Hospital for an urology procedure was truly commendable. The entire visit—from the admission office to discharge at HDU (3rd Floor, Block A)—was handled with professionalism and care. Special appreciation to Dr. Atif Sheikh for his expertise, personal attention, and use of the latest available technology. The Operating Theatre staff, along with Mr. Jushda and Ms. Kerstin at the HDU, provided exceptional care before and after surgery. We also noted the excellent hygiene and cleanliness maintained by the cleaning staff at Block B reception and the admission office. Their quiet dedication contributes significantly to the hospital’s welcoming and safe environment. The standard at Mediclinic truly reflects a leadership vision that flows from top to bottom—creating a facility where patients feel at home."
