I arrived at the Emergency Department around 11:00 PM on 4 June feeling extremely unwell due to sudden and severe stress. I was experiencing a headache, fever, cold hands and feet, nausea, chest pain, toothache, a sensation of a lump in my throat, and difficulty breathing. I was frightened, unsure of what to do, and had no medication available at home, so I turned to them for help. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. Despite the late hour, everything was organized, efficient, and professional. I did not have to wait long at any stage. The registration staff were kind, attentive, and helpful. They guided me through the process, explained everything clearly, took my vital signs, and ensured I received prompt medical attention. A special thank you to the duty doctor, Mr. Muhand. He quickly assessed my condition, acted immediately, prescribed the necessary treatment, and arranged two IV drips. What impressed me most was how quickly I started to feel better. Within just 5–7 minutes, I noticed a significant improvement. The tension in my body began to ease, my symptoms started to settle, and I felt much more comfortable. I would also like to thank the pharmacy staff for their professionalism, patience, and support. They were helpful, efficient, and made sure I understood everything regarding my medications and treatment. What truly stood out was that the team did not only focus on treating my immediate symptoms. They also provided valuable advice on how to manage stress and prevent similar situations in the future. It was clear that they genuinely care about the health and well-being of every patient. While I was there, I couldn’t help but notice something remarkable: patients consistently left with smiles on their faces, looking relieved, satisfied, and well cared for. That says a lot about the quality of care provided by this team. My heartfelt thanks go to the registration staff, nurses, pharmacy team, Mr. Muhand, and everyone working that evening. I am deeply grateful for your professionalism, compassion, and dedication. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking prompt, effective, and truly caring medical attention. "Overall, the hospital provides good services and maintains a high standard of care. The medical staff are professional and courteous. However, the Emergency Department needs some improvement, especially in the pre-assessment process and the prioritization of patient admission. In some cases, emergency cases are not handled according to their level of urgency, which can lead to delays in treatment. I hope this area can be enhanced to ensure faster and more accurate response to critical situations."

"I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Marie, the Head of the Pediatric Ward. She is truly one of a kind—an angel who came at exactly the right time to help my son feel calm, safe, and comfortable. She stayed with him for almost three hours until he entered the operating theatre, even though her shift had ended three hours earlier. The entire pediatric ward staff were equally wonderful—always smiling, caring, and incredibly gentle with my son. Their kindness and dedication made a very stressful experience much easier for both him and us as parents. I cannot thank them enough"
