"If you are looking to get a tattoo removed—RUN AWAY, UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET YOUR SKIN SCARRED. I had 8 tattoo removal sessions in Medicom, always took care of my skin afterward, but somehow the tattoo hasn’t still come off. During my last session the doctor looked at my skin and stated that she wasn’t sure wether the white outline of the tattoo started forming scars or if there are still remaining of the ink there. She recommended to wait until the end of the procedure to find out(!). In Medicom they don’t use any devices to examine the skin to see how deep underneath the ink is and what laser strength should be used, the only thing they do is look at the tattooed area and take photos of it. I got my skin examined in another place which uses a sort of camera to examine the skin and it took them a few moments to tell the scars from the remaining ink. The treatment was carried out by two doctors, neither of them recognized already scarred skin, neither recommended to stop the treatment. Medicom has no equipment that can examine the skin properly, the only one that they have is their eyes, which are apparently not adjusted to see underneath skin, no wonder. After complaining, they just said that the doctor did all she could and the compensation is not possible. The bottom line is that if you want to waste almost a year to not to have a simple, black tattoo removed, get your skin scarred and then pay even more money to a place that actually knows how to use a laser to remove ink AND scars, Medicom and their incompetence are a perfect choice."

"A clinic in Brno that I would recommend for an esthetic procedure or a consultation in this area. The place is technically well equipped and all personnel working at the place is very professional. I wanted to consult spider veins. The dermatologist examined me and sent me to an angiologist to take a look at the veins on one of my legs, as I might need a medical check-up. The logic was that I should solve some things first so the clinic can help me with esthetic afterwards and that I'm satisfied with the result in the long run. I appreciate this approach very much, as I find it very reasonable and fair towards me. One thing to count with might be waiting time. When I was visiting the place for the first time, I waited about 45 minutes. The next time it was very fast, so the waiting times might depend on the day."
