"I totally recommend Fertility Center Berlin, friendly team, very competent doctors. They spoke in English to me all along the process, making it very clear to me what my options were and how to proceed (there’s also a very friendly Spanish doctor). In middle of the Corona crisis they managed to carry on all treatments, and after my first attempt of IVF I got already pregnant 😊."

"We had a good experience at Fertility Center overall. I was treated by Dr Viola Mehler who after doing a lot of tests recommended ICSI, it worked from the first attempt - which I guess is also due to some luck, responding well to hormones and having enough eggs to play with. What could be better: on one hand it was good to always have someone to take care of you, even if your doctor is on leave - and they have so many, that there always will be someone. At the same time I would have preferred to just work with one doctor instead of seeing three or four in one cycle."

"Working with Dr Mesterharm through this difficult process of trying to get pregnant was a great experience. The patience, support, and very clear information, made the journey of getting pregnant easier. After establishing the procedure of IVF, the clinic was guiding me and my husband through the whole process what made me feel comfortable. The first transfer ended up with pregnancy. Because of this all, I would defenitly recommend this fertility center to any couple which needs support on that area."

"Absolutely professional treatments. Appointments are really well managed with low waiting times on the phone and at the clinic. The facilities are very pleasant for patients. We got lucky and our ICSI treatment worked after the first time. The Doctors know what they are doing and I felt like being in good hands all the time."

"We initially began our treatment with a new doctor at the clinic; however, she left within a week, and we were reassigned to another doctor. We were then under the care of Dr. Krause. After trying for 4–5 months without any results, we decided to proceed with a fallopian tube examination and were given an appointment. Throughout our treatment, we were always punctual, often taking hours off work to attend consultations. Despite this, we consistently waited approximately 45 minutes past our scheduled time at every visit. For the tube examination appointment, we waited 1.5 hours. During that time, we observed several patients who arrived after us being called in before us. Feeling overlooked and frustrated, we ultimately left without receiving treatment. Once home, deeply disappointed, I sent an email requesting to change our doctor so we could continue treatment without further delays. As I was already in my ovulation period, time was particularly critical, and I urgently needed a solution to avoid losing that cycle. I also called the clinic, and the assistant kindly tried her best to arrange an appointment with another doctor to ensure we would not miss the month. However, a few hours later, I received an email from Dr. Krause stating that she found my feedback “disrespectful and inappropriate.” She then simply refused to continue treating us, dismissed us from the clinic, and canceled our future appointments. As she is one of the partners, she had the authority to make this decision?! Deciding for us, what is BEST- finding another clinic. 👏 This experience was extremely disappointing. We expected professionalism, understanding, and patient-centered care during such a sensitive and time-critical treatment process. Instead of addressing our concerns or attempting to resolve the situation, we felt as though we were treated as if I had been swearing or behaving in a completely disrespectful manner toward the doctor which i would never to that. My message contained no insults or inappropriate language — it was simply an expression of frustration after repeated long waiting times and a request to change doctors due to the time-sensitive nature of fertility treatment. I stated that otherwise I would need to give them feedback stating my negative experience -which I am doing it right now. No wonder why the previous new doctor left the clinic within weeks."
