"Probably the best private clinic in Romania, yet far from Western European standards. The administration and front desk are a disaster of incompetence and communist style attitude. The facilities are very basic. I did like, however, the medical staff who cared for me."

"Was operated here by the best doctor in that speciality. Everything went smooth. Conditions are good. The nurses were pretty aware of my needs and made sure I was comfortable. There is a large parking place under the bridge close by. If there is traffic I recommend parking before crossing the bridge at Mega Image and walking to the hospital, it's much fatser."

"Most of the times when we came here service was good. I ve add single room that we have paid. The Doctor Istoc Silviu was very good, but it take long time to get appointment with him."

"LE:had to return to retract a star from the initial review bcuz: >discharge day-I’ve been treated worse than…dunno what to compare it with, even hotels don’t do this&they have clear checkout.ME&BABY HAD A VERY ROUGH NIGHT& MORNING:we were having issues latching&thus proper feeding. That let to a panic from my side&a lot of hungry crying&overtiredness from her side.Personnel knew about this cuz I was calling them every h to receive help&tips to latch her.Even they noticed she d latch for 5 mins&refuse for the next half h.Right after 12 pm a lady came in asking me, REGARDLESS OF seing me pumping&crying, seeing the baby crying her lungs out, being in a total emotional mess[What r we waiting for cuz the discharge was done 2hs ago],moment when I broke crying my eyes out&asked her back[Then y hasn’t no one came to check on me to see if I was well I could’ve passed out in the bathroom all this time,no one heard a screaming baby?],moment when she simply replied[So u need help from us? With what?].U tell me,u r the specialist, what can I do to feed my baby&not shove formula as they’ve been suggesting from day 1.The rest of the dialogue was inhuman beyond imagination, dismissive, with a shocking lack of empathy for a vulnerable new mother who could easily fall into postpartum depression. >today,I’ve sent an email to check on current pricing for some extra investigations since the contract stated “pricing might differ in the future”&their reply was[check ur contract it’s all stated there].Sry to bother u during ur working hs for info u receive a salary to deliver to clients. At this point,a chatbot would be more useful. # This review is not about medical professional competence-everyone I ve encountered is good at their job,if asked tho’(was expecting more proactive implication from them to teach&show us stuff like how to bath, how to change diapers etc.),but about common sense&administrative issues. For a premium maternity package, the experience felt far from premium: >as a first time fresh mother, adapting together with my new born, having barely slept all these days in here due to pain from medical procedures that birthing implies, personal fight to breastfeed or even the sleepless nights some have before birthing…AND HAVING TO BE WOKEN UP EVERY NIGHT,startled, starting as early as 5am,due to loud chit chat&different manual activities staff outside my door are attending to,having to wake up with bright neon lights in my eyes/loud noises when entering my room also early morning at change shift cuz they wanna do checkups, change smth, refill smth etc when I’ve barely fallen asleep after the other scare wake etc what I mean is:DON’T EXPECT REST IN HERE&yes I do expect it cuz I m in a hospital no matter the kind cuz rest is essential for recuperation&not the other way round as I ve been told[u re in a hospital&we have tasks].Ofc,but personnel can use low voices&not prepare in the middle of the hallway with no regards, have dedicated only staff rooms which they have&if not enough should be given some more…Everyone in here is tired&in pain yet the reception is right in front of rooms&personnel gather&chatter there and start their activities right there. >on top of that, trains nearby honk at all hours&windows do little to block the noise, pls invest in quality! >if u ll be accompanied by ur spouse during these days,as a platinum client(most expensive package available) make sure he s a midget&make sure he s also sick cuz the sleeping conditions for them are impossible, the sofa is not extensible&the food is healthy but poor(compared to what I’ve seen at other private maternities). >admin lacks flexibility on courses/checkups included in the platinum package&offers no refunds/replacements with investigations for baby for ex if can’t attend due to THEIR MIDDLE OF THE WORKING DAY SCHEDULING."

"I am very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I had an appointment scheduled with a neurologist in three days, after waiting nearly three weeks for it. The appointment was important, as I am dealing with health issues related to blood pressure and needed timely medical advice. Today, I was informed by the clinic that the doctor is on vacation and will not be available until next year, with the next possible date being January 20th. This information should have been communicated much earlier. Canceling an appointment at such short notice, especially for a specialist consultation, shows a lack of respect for patients’ time and health concerns. I understand that doctors need time off, but proper planning and communication are essential, particularly in a private clinic where patients expect a higher standard of organization and care. Unfortunately, this experience caused unnecessary stress and delays in addressing a medical issue."
