"It doesn't look like a private clinic. Called several times to book appointments, they asked me to wait for someone's call(which never happen), sent email and walked in person to the clinic, they refused to book and asked me to wait to be contacted by one of their staffs. Just to mention I wanted to pay, nothing to do with insurance, approvals or so. I requested to speak with a manager/supervisor ...lady from the reception refused to direct me to the one in charge. Plus general attitude was so wrong. Better don't waste time, they are playing with people's lives!"

"For a throat infection, doctor says Tavanic is too strong and gives my wife Zinnat. The bacteria recidivates and becomes way worse after she followed the medication schema 100%. Plus the Pharmacy inside the clinic is 3 times more expensive than the average pharmacy. Never again will we step inside this clinic. Doctor Ticea Mihai did not even let me come inside during the consultation of my wife as I needed to ask a few questions. This is a first at any consultation."

"This hospital doesn't even deserve a star. They have no idea about health care service welcoming patients. I took an appointment with the Dermotologist Dr. Dinu Lucia through the mobile app. I was there at my appointment time. At the reception, I was asked to go to another hospital. The doctor didn't want to see me at all. In the end, the symptoms I had were related to the dermatology department. I was planning to make an annual contract with them for myself and my family. My first experience at Medlife was awful. Never Medlife again."

"We have visited the clinic yesterday and it really does live up to the 1star rating!!from very unwelcoming staff at the reception desk to the actual medical team! Dr Alexandrescu Catalina made sure that throughout our visit pretty much talked down and repeatedly tried to be patronising !!it is quite sad as it is not a place to prove anything but their medical expertise and provide a service to people that need advice and care..possibly more to learn about being diplomatic and professional whilst showing care in a profession that absolutely requires that!! Disappointing.."
