"One star because it has parking a nice drugstore/pharmacy inside and it’s clean modern ish. The receptionist was in a hurry. I booked my appointment via call center but the doctor said she did not know about my visit and started complaining about her kids being on the street waiting for her to take them home. I went there for an issue I have with an incision on one of my breasts and the nurse started saying she doesn’t like how my previous dr did the surgery and started complaining why I got my surgery done outside Romania. It felt really uncomfortable and unprofessional. Then the surgeon started to take out stitches while complaining about my surgery and her kids ... been bleeding afterwards... do not recommend for plastic surgery."

"Almost a year after my last Endometriosis surgery, I want to share my condition and the results I have obtained after undergoing surgery by the expert endometriosis surgeon Gabriel Mitroi and his team at Life Memorial Hospital. I still have pain every day, especially when standing, going to the bathroom, and during menstruation. I am practically in the same situation as before the surgery. This is a disaster for me and my life. In addition to that, I must mention that I was surprised by his insistence on taking contraceptives. He basically told me several times that if I didn't take them, the endometriosis could reappear. Later, when I repeatedly told him that I was still in pain, he attributed the pain to not having taken the contraceptive pills (despite me telling him countless times that it was impossible for me to take them because of how bad they made me feel). Background: I had a grade of deep pelvic endometriosis, several endometriomas, a nodule on the uterosacral ligament, endometriosis in the intestine, and adenomyosis. After expressing my doubts and limitations regarding undergoing such a surgery to Gabriel, I mentioned that due to my age and the presence of adenomyosis, he should do whatever he deemed appropriate to ensure I would not have pain since I would not be able to afford the financial cost of this surgery again.I know that this doctor has many good reviews, but in my case, it has not been satisfactory, and honestly, I don't think I am the only one. I refuse to believe that the pain is my fault. To me, recommending contraceptives as a key element seems like a major red flag. A surgeon should specify what procedure they recommend after surgery to make this clear and avoid attributing the pain to not taking contraceptives later on. I traveled from Spain to another country to have surgery and find myself in the same situation as I have here in Spain, but having paid a considerable amount of money. It is important to mention that this doctor sees many patients and performs many surgeries, that is true, but he is always too rushed, too rushed, which is not good either, as he only saw me for a 10-minute consultation the day before the surgery. On the last day before leaving Bucharest, he removed my stitches from the surgery, leaving one suture to be removed days later in Spain. To my surprise, one of the stitches he removed was not completely taken out (and had to be removed later in Spain). The consultation room was full of girls, and he kept repeating that he didn't have time. Not to mention the terrible treatment by the nurses at the hospital. They were rough and inconsiderate, especially since they didn't speak English, making communication impossible. In a circumstance like this, communication is essential. In short, what I've observed is that, rather than being a doctor committed to his patients, he is a surgeon more concerned with gaining more clients at all costs."

"A great hospital & a great team. Fantastic balance of patient care, professionalism, very clear communications, very organized documentation and full transparency in the whole process. Excellent organization and with a very focused effort on the patient. At every step of our process we had nothing but answers and clear direction into everything."

"Exceptional private hospital with great , well trained and very kind staff . Physicians are absolute experts and are taking time to explain the process of treatment , the outcomes and areas of caution . I was received at ER - whole process of relieving pain to diagnosis was fast and accurate , and within couple of hours i went through surgical procedure, to solve the issue . Wards are comfortable and clean , nurses are coming frequent to ask if anything is needed .in a very challenging health condition - great and comforting experience !Strongly recommended !"

"My wife gave birth at Medlife Grivita Hospital, a facility with a very good, kind, and caring staff. However, a problem arose during the discharge process. Just beyond the door where newborns are first taken out, there were construction works being carried out without any protective measures, and the air was filled with residual dust that a newborn definitely should not be breathing. I will be filing a complaint with the Public Health Department regarding this issue and will attach the video recorded today at the discharge."
