"This week at Medworld cosmos clinic was again this year an exceptional experience for me and my parents. very happy of their anti aging program. During the full week, The medical team of Medworld cosmos clinic was so kind, gentle, professional and patient with them. The treatments were all perfect for old people too. I saw that my parents made some physical progress after this week. The combination with a stay at the beautiful hotel , Nirvana cosmopolitan, is really perfect : a lot of space to breathe for everybody, closed from the sea, enormous fitness club, several very good quality restaurants ( we tried 2 times chayote restaurant). Some of the team of the hotel recognized us 1 year later ! It’s Crazy! We feel us so welcome again this year. Pegah, our Medworld PA contact was magic. She managed and followed all steps of our trip ( from the booking until the return to the airport) so gently, perfectly, with a lot of love for us. "I recently visited Medworld clinic in Turkey and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was truly 5-star, and everything was handled with professionalism and care. A special thank you to Elena, who did an incredible job organising both the hotel and my treatment schedule. Everything ran smoothly thanks to her attention to detail and coordination. I also want to recognise the team of experts across the different clinics I interacted with, their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout my stay. In particular, Duha, the physiotherapist, was exceptional, providing attentive and effective care. Dr. Yasin was also fantastic, taking the time to clearly explain my blood work and testosterone lab results in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-quality service and care."

"I originally put a 5 star review after my first stay back in October 25. I came back in April 2026 and what a completely different experience . I had to consult my program due to their lack of professionalism . I had to come back to get a rhinoplasty , when I booked my second stay the lady who was taking care of me since the beginning told me no problem we will arrange the program for you etc. I learned that she left and now i understand why . 2 days before coming I asked for the schedule program and they told me if I could postpone my surgery so I can fit in their schedule … I said no since it was booked for months … I had my surgery and then started the treatments . Let me say … between the devices that are old and not working , the lack of hygiene of their doctor that did my hair PRP (no gloves , not gentle when injecting and I have pain tolerance and done this treatment multiples times) , the nurse that had to pock me 3 times to get my blood , burn on my stomach due to their robolex machine … The treatments at the spa : you are supposed to get an anti aging face treatment and you end up with a 20 min cleaning milk and mask … I was recovering from my nose surgery so the last thing I needed was extra stress . I had to fight and argue to get 50% of what I paid even though I only did 2 days out of the 7 days … I told them I could have asked for compensation due to all the things that were happening … Also I don’t get it how they can be so many in the offices and walking around when the clinic is empty of clients … at least make sure you take care of the few clients you have …"
