"I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital and cannot recommend it. I was misdiagnosed and received poor treatment from several members of staff. The urologist told me I had an infection and prescribed antibiotics. A week later, I learned that I never had an infection at all, meaning I took a full course of antibiotics for no reason. I also received unnecessary and unprofessional comments. When I explained my struggle with a chronic condition to the gastroenterologist, I was laughed at and told that I “worry as if I’m ten years older.” Considering I had already been misdiagnosed twice in Türkiye, it was completely understandable that I would be cautious with doctors. I was charged a significant amount of money and left with no real answers, only frustration and disappointment."

"One star is more for this hospital because from the overseas / foreigner, they want to take as much money as they can . At the start they will tell you it’s only €500 but when you start your procedure they will ask for more money and will take more than 5000 , so it’s my request to overseas don’t come here in any way. Instead of here better go to another country. Never suggest it to anyone"

Dr Burak Erer is amazing, pays attention to all details, very involved, solution oriented and on top of that after discussing with him somehow gives a lot of good mood, visibility and hope. Nevertheless, I have to mention Daniela, the translator who assisted me in anything I needed, she is absolutely fantastic, how she can manage to solve properly so many requests and also be so gentle and kind and energic!
