"I was in need of a prescription and, at the end I was sitting there for 1 hour for a consultation that I I didn’t ask to. Wanted to pay in advance cause, I wanted to know what was the bill before going any further, the receptionist said I could pay and also didn’t know how much the consultation would be. At the end got a 2 bills to pay that ended up in almost 600€ for a simple receipt. Service was very good but, make sure you have a private insurance or, ask prices before doing anything"

"Huge thanks to Meoclinic for everything. I was very lucky that I ended up with such professionals as Prof. Dr. med. Michael Akbar and his team. Initially, I only planned to examine my back and then look for a clinic where the surgery would be performed best. But after the examination and consultation with Professor Michael Akbar, I immediately decided that I no longer needed to look for another doctor or hospital for surgery. And in August 2024, I underwent a complex operation here to correct scoliosis. I don't have enough words to say how satisfied with the result I am. First of all, the appearance of my back, now I have the beautiful back despite the fact that I have had scoliosis since childhood and I had the operation when I was 38 years old. Even a long scar after the surgery looks very thin and neat. Secondly, my back pain with which I lived for almost 8 years every day has completely disappeared. Even now, 4 months after the operation, I am still pleasantly surprised every day that my back no longer hurts. A lot of thanks to Professor Michael Akbar. I am also very grateful to all the other doctors, nurses, the physician-rehabilitator, kitchen and cleaning staff who helped me during my treatment at Meoclinic. All the employees of this hospital are the kindest and most attentive people as you can imagine. For many years, the upcoming operation on the spine was something that scared me very much. But thanks to all these people, everything turned out to be not so scary at all."

"The receptionist I spoke to seemed to be in a very angry mood. She was a woman with red hair and glasses and must have been having quite a bad day or something as I saw her shout and be agressive towards literally every person she interacted with, even her colleagues - all of this was totally unprovoked. But it was an uncomfortable atmosphere because of this. It did seem like she was stressed or perhaps even going through some personal troubles so I would encourage MeoClinic to check in with her and even see if she's ok as it was quite a shock to see her interact with patients and staff so negatively without cause. To be fair to the practice, there are also very pleasant staff who work here and the doctors are generally quite nice from my experience. So it's definitely not everyone there. Something to be aware of is this is a private practice, meaning people are paying a premium to come here. I think it's fair to expect that therefore patients should receive high quality customer service and top-notch facilities. I can't complain about the medical facilities in general, it's usually provided me with services or information I needed - it could probably be better too, but it's not the main issue. The problem for me is the varied quality of customer service. I would definitely encourage the MeoClinic team to do a wellness check with the receptionist, maybe she just needs some support or training, but I really think it's not sustainable to have a receptionist with such hostile energy if something like this isn't resolved."

"After I attempted to schedule an appointment, yet what should be straightforward has turned into a challenge. I'm perplexed by how this clinic operates. After multiple emails, the Service Center repeatedly replies, asking me to confirm the same date I have already verified three times. Do they not comprehend? They request my phone number, yet they can’t make a call? Is this incompetence?"

"The €669/€201, 7 minutes with the specialist, booked the same day, was great. The 44 minutes before, with tests totally unrelated to my problem (they hadn't asked my problem yet), was as expensive as it was unnecessary. I'd had the identocal tests elsewhere a few weeks prior. 23 minutes after the end of my appointment...yep 23 loooonnnng minutes they had my bill ready €669 for 7 minutes. Um, no. Another 6 minutes €201 ... more than half of which was eye tests that I had done weeks ago for nothing at the optometrist...and in the end, my diagnosis...gettin old...like I didn't know 🙃"
