"Dont bring your family here, Guarantee Letters are useless here, If you are stuggling to pay. They want you to pay cash/CCs instead of taking the guarantee letter and deducting the bill. (Which kind of defeats the point of "accepting" and processing the guarantee letter) You'll have to wait 6-7 months to get refunded. (the process this hospital takes) Other Private Hospitals Take the guarsntee letters and deduct immediately. Also They dont even offer the option to sign a waiver to allow you to buy the medicine outside. If you get redtagged. So are (probably) getting charged for medicine that is cheaper on Mecury or surrounding drug stores. They dont release prescriptions if you get redtagged so you will be struggling even more if you dont know the cost of said medicine."

Multiple personnel asked intrusive questions completely unrelated to the patient's condition. Looking back, this is how they determine if they can exploit you financially. Billing Scam: They refused our PhilHealth without explanation and charged ₱8,000 for a simple procedure - with no transparency whatsoever. This feels like outright exploitation. To the staff: You should be ashamed. You work in healthcare yet have no integrity. I pity my fellow Filipinos victimized by your scams. This needs investigation by the Mayor's Office and Department of Health. There's clearly a syndicate exploiting patients. Skip this ER entirely. Go to a doctor's clinic instead - you'll get better care, faster service, and honest billing."
