"Rude stuff Unprofessional They can’t follow up there work properly Despite appointments waiting time is at least 1h I had blood test there for the Iron level and my results were 41, whereas the normal should have been between 60-100, and they didn’t tell me. I assumed that everything was fine, till i called them after one month and discovered accidentally that the results were too bad. To make it even worse for me, one of their doctors talked to me extremely rudely because i didn’t have a mask while i was eating my snack. I do have no problem in asking me at least once in a nice manner. But he started immediately in aggressive rude tune of talking. When i tried to explain myself, he just should loudly “maske auf” and turned his back and left. However dr. Kretschmer is nice and for him i gave some star. Otherwise 0 star will be more than what they deserve……"

"Lousy service and very superficial. Probably because my insurance is not private, doctors have no time for you, nor patience to explain if anything to you. I have been doing my annual check-up for several years there, but I have been sensing a deterioration in their willingness, if any to do a proper check-up. The last time was the worse, the total check-up was less than 15 minutes, very superficial and quick covering the minimum required. In addition, it took them more than two weeks to send their report to my house doctor. I understand, they may be understaffed, but at least provide some feedback and guidance how to proceed to the patient, even if one is healthy and not in immediate need. I will look for another MD."
