"Bula! I am RATNESHWAR NAND from the beautiful islands of Fiji. I visited the MIOT INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL in Chennai on the 1st of December for the ACL Reconstruction Surgery on my left knee . The general service and care I received during my stay was just exceptional. My surgeon Dr. Ashok Selvaraj's professionalism and optimism is highly commendable. His explicit explanations and regular post- care visits injected a sense of confidence and enthusiasm within me. I am highly indebted to him for his decisive leadership traits and skills. Thank you once again, SIR. Further, I would like to express my warmest appreciation to the P.R.O, Madam Jayanti Mala who was of immense help to us. Her down- to- earth nature and motherly instincts were just another level. She was accessible, kind, and provided crucial help, making her seem like a relatable person rather than just a hospital incumbent. Hats off to you Mam'. I am also thankful to the Ward Doctors, the Physiotherapists, the Sisters, the Nurses and the Assistants for their unconditional support and care until I got discharged. Apart from a few niggliing discrepancies, they all did their part to the best of their abilities. Many thanks to you all once again. I will fail in my duty if I don't acknowledge the services provided by the Ancillary Staff such as the House- Keeping Staff, the Lift Attendants, the Meal- Serving Staff, the Security Guards and others. "We are from Maldives and we came miot on January 2026 for my mother Aminath Ahmed’s breast cancer surgery. This is our second visit to Miot hospital first being in September 2025. From the moment we arrive to airport the hospital representative was there pick us up and take us to hospital. Admission process was quick and the doctors and services are top class. They doctors were very experience and was very good at explaining everything. The nurses and all staffs looked after my mother while she was admitted. From checking if she ate or she having any problems the nurses and staffs made sure she is well taken care of. A special mention goes to Dr. kiran and dr. Sridev for their utmost care. We surely rate the service 5* plus and recommend anyone who wants the best medical treatment by world class doctors with the observation of professional health staffs, to choose MIOT international for their overseas medical hime. "Wanted to share my personal experience with MIOT International hospital. From the beginning I got great cooperation even from far remote to schedule appointments in advance (Thanks to Ms. Usha). She patiently managed my appointments through multiple rescheduling and cancellations. One I reached the hospital the experience with MHC department (master health Check) was really nice. Ms. Raji helped me through the entire testing procedure for my parents with great patience and care. I must appreciate her careful gesture in accompanying us everywhere needed (must note she was injured herself with a leg injury and my gratitude to her for walking the extra miles for us in literal sense). A word of appreciation also for the nursing staff and doctors who saw us along the way. Everyone was thorough and caring and gave enough time to hear us patiently. Thanks for a lovely experience even with the language barrier. It really felt like they care for the patients."

"Dear Doctors, Nurses, and All Staff of MIOT Hospital, Chennai, I write this message with a heart full of gratitude and thanksgiving to each and every one of you who cared for me during my medical evacuation from Fiji to MIOT Hospital. When I arrived in Chennai, I was suffering from severe pain and numbness in my right arm and two small fingers, and I was evacuated primarily for surgery related to my cervical spine. Through your thorough medical investigations and professional care, it was discovered that there were other serious health concerns affecting my body. I am deeply thankful that, beyond my initial condition, your team identified issues related to obesity and liver deformity and provided the necessary treatment and medication to address them. Through your commitment and expertise, my condition has significantly improved. Today, I am preparing to return home pain-free, without numbness, and with renewed health and hope. I truly believe I am going back as a well-balanced man, healed and strengthened through your dedicated care.
