"Dr Klaikangwarn Rattanamongkol writes favourable medical reports for insurance companies. He said I was fit to fly despite being really sick. Avoid."

"Overall, the experience was satisfactory. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding one staff member at the customer service counter on the ground floor of the new building, a chubby lady, approximately 50–53 years old, with short hair colored blonde mixed with black. Her behavior toward customers was unprofessional, including rolling her eyes and displaying an unfriendly attitude that came across as disrespectful and dismissive. As a frontline representative, customer service and professionalism are extremely important, and I believe this matter should be addressed appropriately."

"I’ve been coming here for years for blood tests and simple check-ups, and the service is always efficient and quick. It’s also much more affordable than other hospitals."

"I had severe problems with my stomach (pain, vomiting, fever). It took approximately 2 hours (including blood test) to diagnose what caused the issues. They are well-organized and staff speaks English. The costs are in my opinion decent. I've paid for the service and medicine 2'460 THB. I do recommend The Mission Hospital Phuket."

"I did surgery in this hospital and that is the only thing they have done in time. Disorganized structure of hospital management, huge waiting lines, people who book appointments wait in live queue with those who just came to hospital. If you want to come for check up - consider 3-4 hours of your time is gone to nothing, considering that check up itself is less than 15 minutes. They have new building and experienced doctors but if you need anything from them in time - Forget about it. They will keep asking for your documents over and over even if you come everyday. I’m sitting in the queue right now for last hour and a half and my appointment was supposed to be from 9:30-11. I came 9 and still haven’t seen the doctor. Just simple thing to do: Separate incoming patients from those who have made an appointment and just make 2 different queues for people to go through faster. Good luck everyone and get well soon"
