"Despite giving a month notice that I wanted to cancel my procedure because of the terrible reviews they had recently and I did not want to take the risk of having botched procedure. They kept my 500€ deposit. This was never stipulated and i never signed any contract or paperwork for the procedure I sent the money in good faith thinking that like all other clinics if given plenty notice you would receive full refund. Elizabeth the lady I spoke to also tries to get you to procedures you do not need or did not ask for. I am reporting them to the Hungarian Medical Board and the European Union Medical Board."

"Keep away from this place at all costs. They will seem professional on the phone and when you visit, with very friendly salespeople, but the doctors are grossly unqualified. I had a simple upper eyelid blepharoplasty here, to remove a scar, and they completely butchered one of my eyes. I had the surgery to feel better about my appearance but instead people now ask what happened to my face. The salesperson has gone silent; I have been trying to schedule a follow up procedure to correct the terrible job they did but they're just ignoring me. Please don't risk your money and happiness by going to this terrible place. Once they have your cash they will make a mess and refuse to clean it up. Also, be extremely wary of many of the plastic surgery 'review' sites that give Mona Lisa high scores. Many of these websites only post positive reviews (or just one or two bad ones to look legit), as I have discovered when I was prevented from posting this review on other sites. Seriously do not trust anything they tell you here. It's cheap for a reason and you'll end up spending even more to have the work fixed elsewhere- assuming that's even possible."
