"The whole experience is ok-ish. The hospital is beautifully designed and gives you a lovely feeling when entering. Now, my experience: 1. I used SanoPass medical insurance for my CT examination. It's not the first time that the staff from Monza is not trained and prepared to follow the procedures for working out the SanoPass insurance. Had to call again at SanoPass and put the staff from Monza in touch with the staff from SanoPass. Again, it's not the first time I have to do this. Thank God the guys from SanoPass are great. 2. Had my appointment on 12th of February at 1630, had to wait 30 minutes-ish. I don't understand the purpose of scheduled appointment in these scenarios. 3. After the CT, I took the results and after a few weeks still didn't got my interpretation letter from Monza, so I called the first day and then I called the second day and eventually they send me the letter. After a few days I had the appointment at my doctor and surprise, the CT on the CD didn't had the 3D reconstruction, like it was mentioned on the medical letter which I presented at Monza. 4. I've emailed them and they replied that I can take the CD from the reception; long story short, no one said sorry for missing the point of the CT but at least I've got the CD sent to the address and also got the email with the 3d configuration. Hope it helps someone. Btw, if they are not responsive, just follow up, they'll do their job, eventually. Not the best customer service, for sure, but better than other places."

"It’s a good hospital, pretty clean and the staff is okay. The doctors are very good and pretty helpful for your health issues. There is also a cafeteria if you need to wait."

"The actual service is outstanding, before appointment, during and after it, nothing to complain about that. Professional and competent doctors in all domains, open to any questions you might have, making sure you're comfortable and have a good understanding of your situation and solutions. Quite expensive... Only problem are delays in the schedule, they need to work on this."
