"Amazing experience with the staff from St Raphael ward and excellent employees all throughout my hospitalisation on 22nd November, Saint Maravilla's room for my hemithyroidectomy. The food was excellent, the cleaner, nurses and overall experience. I requested for oxygen for sleep apnea each night and the did it every night! The nurses were very gentle and very polite! I wish all hospital experiences were like this!"

"I was warded recently for 4 days and went through surgery twice due to an infection on the leg. From the A&E, to triage, clinical consultation, business offices, specialist, surgeons, nurses, pastoral care, cleaners and even the security guards, I honestly have no complaints. It’s a very genuine and professional team. Nice vegetarian food too. I had my second child delivered at Mount Alvernia many years ago and honestly, their standard is the same, if not better. Though there’re an episode of the nurse might have misunderstood my preference wrongly. Lastly, I would like to extend my appreciation and thanks to anesthesia dr, Dr Seng Zhi Quan, he’s very caring and attentive. Ensure that my preference of anesthesia is understood and during the surgery, I was shivering badly, he was prompt enough to provide warm blanket. Thank you very much Dr Seng, your professionalism, care and heart in your work is truly inspiring. And my surgeons, Dr James Seow and Dr James Wee. Dr James Seow is very prompt in answering my queries, my concerns and post surgery complication. Your professionalism and medical integrity makes me feel assured. I would definitely recommend Mount Alvernia, it’s a team that serves with heart."

"I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Miss Ooi Ai Ling at your admission counter. I recently had to re-admit my teenage daughter due to a relapse. She was in excruciating pain and had great difficulty walking, making every step a real challenge. I had enquired about the possibility of an express admission, understanding that this is typically only available for children under 12. As my daughter is 14, I knew this would not normally be allowed, but I was hoping for some form of assistance given her condition. Miss Ooi Ai Ling stood out for her compassion and willingness to help. Instead of giving a flat rejection, she took the time and initiative to explore alternative arrangements for us. Her efforts made a very stressful and painful situation much more manageable. This is not the first time my daughter has been admitted this year, and I must say that Miss Ooi Ai Ling is the only staff member who has gone the extra mile to provide a solution rather than simply turning us away. ( Previously I get rejected ) Her empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving attitude truly left a deep impression on me. In difficult moments like these, such care makes a significant difference to patients and their families. I am deeply grateful for her assistance, and I sincerely hope she will be recognised for her outstanding service. If only more healthcare staff could demonstrate the same level of dedication and compassion. Thank you, Miss Ooi Ai Ling, for making a difference."

"We were here for their appointment-only maternity tour and we were overall impressed by the level of care given to patients who are admitted here. There were additional Blessing services for the baby by the pastor and that is what stood out compared to other Hospitals. The views at the lift lobby was also outstanding, overlooking the nature. We were also provided with a complimentary coupon voucher at their hawker center within the hospital. Special mention that they have Hot Bake within the buildings as well!"

"My husband and I recently welcomed our 3rd child at Mount Alvernia Hospital. We chose Mount A for all 3 of our births, mainly because it is a Catholic hospital that offers a blessing service for babies and parents post-discharge. In addition, upon request, a Sister or a member of the pastoral team will come to the hospital room to pray with you and bring Holy Communion, as part of Mount A’s Clinical Pastoral Care programme. Personally, Mount A has always felt like home, and the standard of care and service has consistently been superb. A special shout-out to the Lactation Consultant, Ms Sharon, who was incredibly patient and reassuring while guiding me through lactation. I am also deeply grateful to the nurses at St Michael Ward. especially Ms Dina, who promptly picked up on my newborn daughter’s jaundice, allowing us to start phototherapy early and eventually be discharged together. Another nurse, Ms Mala, thoughtfully advised us to keep our baby in the nursery for a longer duration, which greatly helped in bringing her bilirubin levels down overnight. Thank you, Mount Alvernia, for walking this journey with our family once again, with compassion, faith, and excellent care."
