"Really love the staff here at specifically ward 11, as the care that they provide is amazing! We have also used this hospital for their urgent care and were seen very quickly! (From check in to doctor to seeing a specialist, all done in one day, less than 2 hours!) In the US, it would take days if not weeks to be seen by a specialist. We cannot thank the staff enough! The lobby always smells nice and I like that they try to make it seem not so much like a hospital. Food here too if you stay has many options and is tasty! Shoutout as well to chest therapist, Dennis, he was so nice and really gentle with patients!"

"I was warded from 25-29 May 2026, level 10. Admission procedure was very smooth , the food was quite good despite my loss of appetite. All the nurses were very caring and attentive. Too many names to remember but Zuraini and Wong ya Ling stood out most. There’s even a limo service to send me home.😊T S Wong"

"Here’s a clearer and more concise version: > I was warded here for 3.5 days and did not regret my choice. The room was spacious and clean, fully stocked with toiletries, and housekeeping was done daily (including changing the bedsheets). The nurses were very polite, proactive, and helpful — I did not encounter anyone who was unfriendly or unapproachable. In fact, they consistently reminded me to call if I needed anything or assistance getting out of bed. The food variety was excellent, and some dishes were really delicious. My only feedback is a small point: I hope the drinking cup can be changed daily when new flasks of water are provided. Highly recommended!"

"Countless times i went to this hospital, but felt like you’re in a hotel. Great facilities & since its Christmas season they well decorated the lobby, I believed its uplifting to patients & families to always see a bright side of any situation despite its a hospital. - Kopi & Tarts at Level 1 is always my fav place to have breakfast Also have Starbucks, Guardian, 7-11, etc… Nearest MRT is Novena only 200m away"

"I recently stayed at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital for 5 days last week in Ward 11, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the nursing team there. All of the nurses were incredibly attentive, professional, and caring throughout my stay. Recovering from surgery was not easy, and although I did not have much appetite after the operation, I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of food choices available from light and simple meals to dishes that felt like hotel quality cuisine. Unfortunately, I cannot remember every nurse’s name, but the kindness and compassion they showed left a very deep impression on me. However, there is one nurse I especially want to mention and thank — Gaite Michelle Anglea. Her attentiveness, warmth, and genuine care made me feel safe and reassured during a difficult time as a patient. Thank you to Ward 11 and the entire team for the excellent care and support."
