"Visited Mount Elizabeth Urgent Care Centre at Orchard, post fall and injury to left knee. The care was swift and smooth. Nurse Gurmit immediately made me comfortable in a wheelchair. Dr Micho Bok, despite a very busy slot, was his cheerful self, reassuring me. Parkway Radiology experience for knee X-Ray was pleasant. Rebecca and Haniffiyyah were extremely professional and patient. This location is indeed providing Care for Good with a good heart. Strongly recommended."

"My wife was warded here after a brain op. I lodged together with her for about 5 days. Unlike the lackluster reviews of others here, we experienced the best of everything, from customer service, admin, ward nurses, porters, housekeeping, and food services. Everything was top notch service. Smiles all around, sometimes we forget this is a hospital, felt like a 6-star hotel service. Room and facilities work as advertised and intended. Honestly the human factor just covers any hardware flaws you might encounter. I left the best part to the last. The food menu, OMG., opulence, exquisite, heavenly, MasterChef quality. I know everyone's only talking about the lobster laksa. Yes that's good too. But I must specifically point out the beef rendang. I have always like beef rendang but Mt E's rendition is the best by far. I have never tasted a beef rendang more tender and juicy than theirs. My saddest fleeting thought was that I will never get to eat this again unless I am hospitalized. Touch wood. As they say, there are some things worth dying for.... Mt E's beef rendang comes really close."

"Mt Elizabeth is Great Again After the effort to renovate the hospital, this place seems to have given itself a new lease of life. It now has a beautiful lobby, business centre, and everything basically looks new again. The short stay I had here gave me a very good impression. Service from the nurses in the wards, to all other staff involved in my admission were polite, friendly and helpful. The magic is always in the people. The room was nicely renovated and had almost all the amenities one can think of. The food served was top notch and sufficient. The checkout service was fast and efficient. I didn’t even have to go to the business office to settle the bill there in person. And they make transport arrangements to send you to your home or hotel. Overall a very pleasant experience.
