"A few days ago I went in for shoulder surgery. From the very start I felt welcomed and safe. Everyone was positive, kind and caring. The room was spotless with an incredible view onto the airfield/ramp. Before the surgery everything was explained to me, the nurses and the anesthesiologist were brilliant. Even the surgery “chair” was kind of comfortable and not as scary as imagined. Post surgery I was taken care of and didn’t feel alone. The food was super tasty. The hospital staff never seemed like they’re stressed or annoyed even though I’m sure they got a lot of work, they were patient, understanding and super friendly.
