"I went for a consultation regarding a mole and acne, and I was given a cream and antibiotics, but unfortunately I developed an allergic reaction to the cream from the doctor. I came back the next day swollen and I have to say I’m extremely satisfied with the clinic. The place is modern, very clean, and the staff are wonderful. I didn’t have to wait at all today — they took me in immediately and took great care of me. They gave me corticosteroids through an IV right away and also prescribed tablets, so hopefully things will start to improve. Amazing, honest approach and truly exceptional service. I’m very happy with this clinic."

"Unfortunately, I encountered a very rude customer service lady on the phone. She was extremely unhelpful and did not offer any alternative solutions to help me book with a doctor, just said they were all full and huffed and puffed about there already being 30 patients on the waiting list. That's fine, just offer what you can do instead instead of sounding like you hate your job and telling me that's how it works. Every other time I visited MyClinic, the in person customer service has always been spectacular. I called on a Tuesday morning - hopefully they can improve their call centre representations."

"The clinic is really professional, the reception is responsive and cooperative. Also everyones English is to a professional level. Im using psychiatric services under the Doctor H. The care and treatment I received improved my life, the doctor is well informed, offers a lot of information and knowledge. Adjusts the treatment to my specific needs and is responsive to my feedback. Highly recommend."

"Poor service. You pay CZK 7,000 and then have to follow up three times about your results instead of simply receiving them. Rather than finally sending the results, they send you another invoice and claim they had already sent them somewhere. This raises serious concerns about where they are sending sensitive data if it never reached me. Very unprofessional business conduct. The consultation was also incompetent. I asked about the health programmes and raised specific questions, but instead of answering them, I received the same nonsense again by email. The staff urgently need training in customer care and customer relationship management. Overall, a very unserious and disappointing experience."

"I had to examine a mole. Everything went so smoothly from setting the appointment to the examination itself. The reception desk is very helpful and they speak good English. Last but not least, I am very happy with the service provided by my doctor Dr. Lochmanova. She is truly amazing and gives you the sense of comfort."
