The office is spotless."

"April 8, 2026 Honestly, the appointment system is a disaster. I've been calling nonstop for weeks. I'm here because I can't eat, and the elderly woman there doesn't explain anything. She speaks rudely to you when you explain the situation and tells you to file a complaint in the complaints book. Why don't they fire her? Maybe someone who actually wants to work will treat you better. I have a tooth that needs to be extracted and two molars with cavities, and I can't eat anything. I explained, and she tells you that you need an appointment for cavities. When you tell her they don't see patients, she rolls her eyes and repeats, "Only by appointment." Are you kidding me? The service and the system are a disaster. The only one who explains things and tries to make sure you're not upset is the security guard. The rest are awful. I left crying with anger."

"Appointments are available from 8 AM. The reception, emergency room, and specialist services are of excellent professional quality and offer a warm, caring approach. You need to be patient to get an appointment and then go for each necessary procedure, but it's all free and well worth it. Long live public healthcare! 💕✨"
