"Amazing care from both doctors and nurses. Good food and rooms."

"The worst hospital that i have ever been. Two times i went there with my insurance card which is valid and i was requested a czech id otherwise they wouldn't allow me to be examined. The other time they wanted me to give them my permit which i was not even requested for my child submission to the authorities. And it was an urgency i had faintes and with a vaid issueance, European driving licence and an id they refused me. If you are a foreign avaoid them"

"I had a scheduled gastroscopy today and I want to share how incredibly impressed I am with this hospital. From the moment I arrived, starting at the registration desk all the way to the end of my visit, every single staff member I interacted with was exceptionally kind. I have honestly never experienced anything like this before, and I am genuinely and pleasantly surprised. I arrived feeling scared about the procedure, but the wonderful nurse and Dr. Michal Stodola made everything so much easier than I ever expected. They were patient, empathetic, professional, and incredibly positive. Their approach truly made all the difference. I finished the examination with a smile on my face. Thank you for turning what I feared would be a stressful experience into something overwhelmingly positive. Highly recommended."

"I came to this hospital for help with pain in my back. Came to the department called acute ambulance “akutni ambulance” and was treated like trash from the minute I got here. One nurse, a large woman who is herself at risk of diabetes, harassed me about why I’m there. I didn’t know I came to a police station and had to be grilled about my pain. Next nurse wasn’t any better. I’m here over 3 hours and still not a single person talked with me. This place sucks. I will file a complaint against both nurses for being rude and useless."

"In 2003, I was a college student studying abroad. Two weeks after arriving I needed an appendectomy. I am so happy I ended up at na holmoce. My surgeon was Dr. Milan Pazdera and he did an awesome job. He did not speak a word of English but was so kind and attentive. The facility is so clean and the staff were so caring. Funny how it took me over 23 years to write this review."
