"For the past half year, I have been visiting National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) as a patient on a monthly basis to undertake immunotherapy. Every visit is a remarkable experience. The service standard is top notch; doctors, nurses and admin staff members exude care, attention and warmth. Even though the centre is constantly packed with patients, the turnaround time is always well within expectations. I can safely say that the experience matches a 5-star hotel. The SMS reminder is a great help to patients, especially for those that require constant memory jogging. Also, the Health Hub app provides key and relevant information, and blood test results are available within 2 hours, which to me is almost instant. Just like many of my peers, we dread doctors’ visits which are stressful and time consuming, but NCCS makes them a palatable experience."

"I would like to commend one of your staff members, Ms. Siti Aishah from the Ambulatory department, for her excellent service. She was attentive, patient, and very understanding throughout the interaction. Her explanations were clear, detailed, and easy to understand. She demonstrated a high level of professionalism and contributed to a very positive customer experience."

"I visited NCCS Oncologic Imaging on 19 Mar 145pm for a MRI scan and suddenly had a fainting spell right before my scan. Luckily 3-4 nurses came to my rescue and immediately lifted me to rest on one of the available beds. They kept checking in on me and made sure I was ok. Doctor Tang who checked in with me pre scan was also v nice and reassuring. I didn't have a chance to properly thank them in person so would like to shout out my appreciation here. Thank you so much for your kindness and care. Everybody at the hospital was very patient and friendly too"

"Uncoordinated between ATU, registration and screening. Our appointment is at 12pm, but postponed to 4pm because of all the delays in the systems and ops. The building is nice but service is inconsistent. Filipino staff at counter in ATU suite B is very blur."

"A/prof Gavin Tan is an exceptionally good and thorough doctor. My friend got his choroidal melanoma surgery done under his supervision and the treatment was done very well indeed. The staff, nurses, esp Rachel at the pre-surgery centre, Level 1, lobby B was extremely warm, professional and very very kind. She kept me calm while I waited for the surgery to finish and offered me tea and coffee throughout the whole time. I highly recommend this eye centre as it has the very best opthalmologists and care staff."
