"My family and I cannot thank NHCS enough for everything that they had done for our dad who was an inpatient for 1.5 months. My dad who had arrithmia and coma with less than 5% life chance under the ecmo machine was always being given continuous treatment, diagnosis and care by Dr Kamalesh and the Nurses in ICU Ward 44 and HCU. We are also very thankful for Dr Louis Teo, Dr Chua Yi Yi, all other ward doctors and nurses during my dad’s recovering time in the normal ward. They are very skilful, genuine and patient medical team. Besides the medical team, we are also very greatful for all the people in the business office, especially Christina. Each one of them are very helpful, friendly and good listeners. They keep helping us to find the best solution in dealing with the hospital bill. This lessened our burden. Nobody ever ill treated our dad when we were having financial difficulty. Saving life first is truly what they are living up to. Thankful for our lovely social worker, Min Yu who care and help to cater our needs during our very challenging moment. The environment in NHCS is so spacious, welcoming, clean, convenient and comfortable. The hospitality team is very friendly. Our dad had been discharged and now recovering well at home. Thank you once again, NHCS. You are a gift to the country and the people."

Where my parents constantly brings my brother here most annually of him now who is seek as Transthoracic Echocardiography (TTE), Adult Patient for upcoming appointments to visit a Cardiovascular Consultant, as who is now 19 this year, has been transferred to here after below 18 years old an above it was a quadrennial period earlier since he was first visited to consulted a Paediatric Cardiology transferred from KK Women's and Children's Hospital, they are dedicated to healing and fighting childhood illnesses for babies and children which are available able to consult the doctor below 18 years old since he was 4."

"they save lives here so minimum 3 stars, i am sure there are great doctors here. but the doctor i saw was very dismissive and slapped me with what felt like a lazy diagnosis of long covid after a 3 minute conversation. she also had a slight attitude. but fine i get it - stress is high as a doctor in the public health system. but being immediately discharged felt like she was just trying to rush me out of this appointment. this issue has been impacting my day to day life. now i have chest pain and HR that constantly spikes on a regular basis - whilst having no idea what to do about it 👍🏻"

"I’m not surprised that the National Heart Centre is a world-class facility. The environment is modern, clean, and uncrowded, with spacious interiors and clear, prominently displayed signage that makes navigation easy. Reception and medical staff are prompt and professional in both service and response. While waiting for test results, there are plenty of options for a quick meal or coffee at Level 2. There is also 20 mins interval shuttle bus service to Outram MRT. The presence of subtle art displays in various corners adds a nice touch to the atmosphere. Overall, it's a fantastic healthcare facility that Singaporeans can truly be proud of."
