"Doctor, nurses, and overall service are ok. Billing, administration are really bad. To get discharged from this hospital, it tooks me 6hours to get all the documentation, and start to settle the bill. On Top, discharge already scheduled 1day before, and it still take 6HOURS to get all documentation"

"This is my third visit to Institut Jantung Negara (National Heart Institute) this year, and my second time coming here to see a relative who was admitted. The hospital is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which makes it a comfortable place for patients and visitors alike. Accessibility is also convenient, with shops and food outlets located nearby, making it easier for families to get what they need without going far. Overall, IJN continues to leave a good impression on me."

"She treated us like a terrorist She wont allowed me and my husband properly takes turn instead she asked my husband to left the baby alone in the room then I can go in. I booked a single room btw. I understand rules are rules, but she is so scared of i dont know what. One time she stands in front of our room asking me 4-5 times every 5 seconds to hurry up leave the room. I was packing up my stuff after taking care of a 4 months old baby. Like. What's up with this lady seriously Just now she came to my room She is a security ahh She come to my room And ask me if im taking care of my son or my husband? I was freakin breastfeeding yaaa And my son is sleeping. And my husband is not there for more than an hour already Then i answer her, i am here. Why? Then she just walk away UPDATE : The staff just now trying to talk to be about the case To be honest, no need to apologize really. There is nothing to talk about I just want to flag it up to the hospital so that you know how I feel as a customer so you dont repeat that again to other customer Apology means nothing already. If its about my baby's health, i dont mind discussing and spend all the time in the world. But about the security? I don't bother anymore. I experienced all the inconvenience already. There is no way to turn back the time Just hope that no one in the future will be treated as bad as me and my family"

"Paid a visit to my dad-in-law and to discharge him after a routine check-up requiring a small procedure overnight. Top-class facility which serves civil servants and private payimg patients. Very courteous service, well-maintained facility, with a relatively manageable patient load - in comparison with other government facilities. Doctors here are professional, dedicated to their work and honest. Our honorable PM, Dato Seri Anwar officiates IJN's college's status to a university college in Nov'25 - here's wishing Management and Staff, every best!"

"went to IJN yesterday and had such a wonderful experience! The staff were friendly, professional, and so caring. I’d like to especially thanks Datin Noormazah,Dr Azlan, staff Nurse Hafiza,Registration staff Batrisya and Ayman for their kindness and patience ..they truly made me feel at ease. I also loved how the team started the morning with light exercises while waiting for the 10 am appointments…such a positive and healthy atmosphere! Thank you IJN for the excellent care and warm service. 💖"
