"The Hospital should have a bigger budget. The expertise shown was great."

"As a tourist, i went there 6 months ago and am still thinking about the consultation and examination i had here in this hospital! i had vaginitis most likely and i went to different doctors all around the world but nothing really helped because they cannot examine me since i never had sexual intercourse. Now this hospital, although it was super confusing because we didn’t speak the language, THEY ALL TOOK THEIR PHONE OUT TO TRANSLATE TO US all the directions🥹🥹 We tried to do the check ups but couldn’t with the same reason but one thing i noticed that i found it odd was each time inside the examination room there’d be 3 women and some of them would have already taken their pants AND panties off with their 🐱 outside staring at you 💀 but for me i think it’s a medical place and as long as everyone kept it professional (which they did indeed) it wasn’t very embarrassing at all. There was a curtain between you and the other patients in the examination room but it barely covered the view. Nonetheless, it was not an huge issue, the bigger issue was some people didn’t listen to number calling and cut lines and got in. Since I didn’t understand it took us longer to figure out. The doctors sent me to do uterus scan instead and you me no need to take off my pants (i was so relieved) and the doctor scanning me (this time a male) was super respectful and explained to me in detail that my uterus was completely healthy and normal (showing me my scan). They prescribed me a few meds and lubes etc which was a bit pricy (50usd?) but the medical fee itself WAS NOTHING!!! the workers equipments everything was professional but the medical fee was like 5usd i think😭😭 Vietnam really have very good healthcare if this is the standard hands down"

"This was one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional healthcare experiences I have ever had. The staff were rude, dismissive, and spoke in a condescending tone throughout my visit. Instead of showing empathy, they acted irritated and asked impolite, intrusive questions that felt judgmental rather than medically necessary. What was completely unacceptable was the lack of privacy during my ultrasound examination. I was asked to remove my clothing in a room where there were multiple people present, and the curtain was not even fully closed. I felt exposed and extremely uncomfortable. Basic patient dignity and privacy were not respected at all. I strongly urge management to address both staff behavior and privacy protocols immediately. Patients deserve respect, discretion, and basic human decency — none of which were adequately provided during my visit."
