"My daughter had a bad asthma attack coming off the plane and could not stop coughing even after an ER visit and I felt hopeless because we are in a different country with language barrier and limited resources. Dr. Che office was kind enough to see us the same day and was able to calm down her cough within the first 20 minutes of our visit. He made us stay to monitor her condition and didn’t send us home with a sick kid, which I really appreciate. Dr. Che gave us valuable information and advises on how to help her recover so that we can enjoy our trip without more stresses. Everyone at the office was kind and spoke perfect English. They even encourage me to call back for any concern and I did prior leaving Japan to follow up. They picked up right away & Dr. Che personally spoke to me and answered all my concerns. I am forever grateful for this office!"

Dr Che was absolutely fabulous: warm, extremely thorough and caring. He explained his diagnosis and treatment, gave us written directions to the pharmacy and charged half as much as an equivalent specialist back home in Australia. "Amazing clinic; I would give them 10 stars if I could! My family and I were traveling with our toddler, who got a cold (which turned into other symptoms and an ongoing fever that wouldn’t go down). Concerned, we worked with our hotel (the Conrad) to find this clinic online. We were able to quickly book an appointment that morning for our son. The nurses and medical staff all speak English and were quite responsive by phone. The location is easy to find (we just showed Google maps to our taxi driver), and in an upscale family-friendly neighborhood. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the nurses and brought to the pediatrician who was waiting for us. Dr. Che is phenomenal, brilliant, and speaks fluent English. He made sure that our prescription could be easily understood by our doctor back home (because we were leaving the country that day) and that gave us different options based on our comfort level. He also has a kind and humorous demeanor that puts you (and your child) at ease. His sweet and lovely nurse played with our son and brought him toys when he got fussy (and let him choose his own to take home), and after the appointment, they gave me a room to nurse him in and give him his medication. The cost was also extremely fair (which included the appointment and his medication). We had travel insurance—but even without it, their out of pocket pricing is very affordable. Our son was already getting better by the time we made it home. We let our hotel know that any of their future guests who need medical assistance should absolutely be directed to National Medical Clinic!! Thank you to Dr. Che and his team!"
