"I went to Dr. Frajer's consultation with the confidence that I would receive a professional and human approach. Instead, I was in for an unpleasant surprise. When I arrived at the office, the doctor didn't even shake my hand, which struck me as cold and unprofessional. Within a few minutes, he dismissed me, saying that rhinoplasty "makes no sense" for me, "you won't see any difference" and that I would just be wasting money on the surgery. I felt like someone who wasn't even worth listening to. As if I was bothering him. The doctor showed me what could be adjusted and what result I could expect. I went there for the surgery and although it wasn't easy, the result is absolutely fantastic. The nose is natural, it matches my face, and my breathing has improved significantly. Looking back, I shudder to think that I would have been put off by Dr. Frajer's unempathetic, condescending approach. If I had accepted his "expert opinion" as the final verdict, I would never have achieved the result that everyone praises me for today and which literally changed my life."
