"I do highly recommend this hospital as they have very good professionals and staff. I have been in a lot of hospitals in the world and i love coming to Nisa because they make me feel at home. Very quick appointments and everything runs smoothly. I would like to highlight Alessandra from blood extractions, Dr Nuria from ginecology and Susi from administration for being so welcoming in all our requests. 11/07/22 Agradecer a Ana de recepcion principal, muy profesional y con mucha paciencia. "I really appreciate your service and hospitality"

"It's a pity that this hospital is not as it used to be. They used to provide great service which is not happening any longer. Whole teams of medics leave for a reason. What become very habitual is the DELAY (two hours is very common) which leads to create a very unpleasant atmosphere in the waiting room; people yelling at the staff, making complaints or being furious. The hospital won't let you know in advance even though they are aware about the delay (overall resonance or ecography among some professionals). I have to thank to hospital's staff for doing great job and being professionals unlike hospital's management from Vithas."

"Scheduled surgery/consultation with Dr Nogueira and his office. My nose required a drastic extension to the tip. I did not get surgery from the doctor. The doctor said he has no revision policy. The secretary became increasingly difficult to work with. She started arguing with me rather than alleviating my concerns and made it difficult to reschedule. The doctor will not want to meet and discuss with you even if you arrive in person. Cost of surgery is $8.3k not including hospital staying fees."

"My wife had our first daughter there. Medical treatment was excellent. However, they massively overcharged the costs to our foreign health insurance, which we are now being asked to partially cover ourselves. We managed to get them to remove some blatantly wrong charges, like the doctors costs, which had been billed separately. However, they would not remove other much smaller charges like 17 baby bottles or 40 absorbent pads within a single day. All these put together add up to a few hundred euros, I guess just enough to avoid that it is worth suing them. Ah, last but not least, 2 months after correcting the bill they are still to return the overcharged amount to our insurance, so we technically still owe that money… just a great rip off!!!"
