"Highly recommend this clinic. They spoke great English and were very kind and professional. Their website shows how many are queued up as a walk in and you can make a reservation via LINE if you choose. Their pricing is also very transparent. The consultation itself was very informative and the doctor took great consideration in what I had to say and the questions I had. It inspired much confidence in me for this clinic. The entire process was also very swift and smooth as a same day walk in. There is even a pharmacy right across the street if you need your prescriptions filled from your visit. I am happy to know I have a clinic I can always rely on whenever I visit Japan. Thank you!"

"I hesitated to write a review, but about 5-6 months ago, I had a bad experience with a doctor there who dismissed my symptoms. At that time, I was taking a medication from my psychiatrist which caused extrapyramidal symptoms. I was concerned and scared. Naturally, I went to this clinic as my first line of defense. The doctor I consulted with (I can’t remember his name) said, “You keep complaining about your symptoms and I can’t help much. You should talk to your psychiatrist because he’s the one who gave the medicine, right?” I try to give people the benefit of the doubt especially that this could’ve been merely a language barrier. But I thought what he said was rude and dismissive. Even though he couldn’t help, he could’ve said it in a gentler, more professional way. Basic manners and respect. Patients come to doctors who should exhibit a balance of compassion and proper treatment, who know how to listen. The doctor I spoke to clearly lacked compassion for my case."

"Smooth experience! Went for a health check, everyone speaks English including reception and doctors. Easy to reserve and ask questions via LINE. The price is also good for the services offered. Would recommend to anyone looking for an English speaking clinic, or even just a normal clinic as everyone speaks Japanese obviously! I also really liked that the clinic is open on weekends for people that work Monday-Friday can also use their services."
