"Do not go to this hospital unless you have no choice. My partner took me to this hospital because I came back from overseas feeling quite unwell. It was close to home. After paying about $700 for hospital fees + lab test fees, I was no better than a public hospital. In fact a public hospital would have been faster. I was only attended to by a doctor after 4 hours of waiting. That too after making a lot of noise. The doctor would come and then disappear. To get him back was such an effort. It was like please see me too if you don't mind. Such a pathetic experience from a hospital after spending $700. It doesn't end there. I was forgotten as soon as I left the hospital. Days later, I had no news about the test results. I did not know what the issue was. After calling 4 people, I got nowhere. Finally, I left a message on the website form. Then someone called. In a quick conversation, he told me the result. As if it was a favour. Will never ever go there again."

"A convenient private hospital in the North Western region. Parking is not cheap. 3 hours will cost you over $20. The facilities are hygienically clean, keep the visitor safe. We are happy to see our friend being looked after very well."

"I had a bilateral turbinate resection and septoplasty done by Dr Pang, with Dr Morgan as my anaesthetist. Both were absolutely amazing; professional, kind, and very reassuring throughout the process. The entire nursing team was incredibly friendly and caring, making me feel at ease from pre-op to post-op. "Nurses are horrible to you and speak to you like an animal. I was slower to wake up with anaesthesia and one of the nurses yelled at me straight after my surgery and told me to wake up and shook me so hard. I got a second opinion from another surgeon and he advised that for some patients, they wake up slower and that’s completely normal. Completely unprofessional and she is so rude and needs to be fired. To yell at a vulnerable patient is disgusting and she needs her AHPRA registration cancelled."

"I visited twice to scan leg with varicose veins. All people who I met there are very kind and helpful. Especially Didi who scaned my leg made me very comfortable to get through. Appreciate her professionalism."
