What really stood out was how reassuring she was, especially for working women, she promised to manage appointments around our schedules. True to her word, she kept every single promise throughout our cycle. We were given early 8:30 AM appointments where we were the only patients, and she even met us on Sundays when needed. Our very first IVF cycle was successful, and we were blessed with twins in October 2025. The entire Nova IVF team showed so much warmth and care during those three months.
