"Im shocked at the good reviews and wonder where they come from cause i regret choosing this clinic. The comments you would find on social media are more accurate, a lot of people are not happy with their results and need a revision There’s 0 consideration from Dr Basel towards his patients, this is the worst medical experience i had in Dubai 1- he didn’t stick to the shape i wanted for my nose. before surgery i said I don’t want a long nose 10 times after surgery i was shocked to see my nose IS LONG!!! 2- he didn’t even bother answering any of my questions after the surgery, his answers are always “I don’t think so “ asked if there were issues with breathing that was fixed, he responded with “i dont think so”!!!! - not to mention no x-ray or tests were done before the surgery to look into that (they only care about your payment) 3- 1 day after surgery i had an issue that i needed his opinion about , his assistant Rola didnt even respond, her only response was you need “pay extra” for the hospital And when we could reach the Doctor after hours of trying he asked “ so what do you want me to do?” Not responding to patients post surgery is unbelievably unacceptable This place is just 100% commercial - once you’ve paid, expect this treatment (i guess unless you’re an influencer) - your price should be justified by your professionalism & care."
