"I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I recently had a heart procedure at this hospital, and I can't express how grateful I am for the care I received. After undergoing several tests, the medical team discovered additional health issues I wasn’t even aware of. I ended up staying for about a week, and every single day, the doctors and nurses treated me with such kindness, professionalism, and compassion. I felt genuinely cared for and safe throughout my stay. It wasn’t just me—I saw them treating every patient on my floor with the same level of dedication and respect. Their hard work and commitment to each person’s well-being are truly inspiring. To all the staff: God bless every one of you for the incredible work you do. And to those who are still in the hospital, facing longer recoveries or more complex conditions—you are in excellent hands. I also appreciated that the doctors spoke English, and when there was a language barrier, translation services were available and prompt. On a lighter note, even the food was surprisingly good—healthy and tasty, though some veggies I did not like. The beds were comfortable, and though I stayed in a 4-person room, it was clean and well-maintained. There is a Lawson on the 2nd floor and you can pretty much buy anything there. It is not open 24hrs. I highly recommend this hospital. Thank you again for everything!"

"I was so impressed with the quality of care at this medical centre on a recent visit. Booking was easy and they responded very quickly. Rina, the translator that assists you when you arrive, has a delightful manner and went above and beyond with her communication of everything. Dr. Takizawa is an outstanding doctor, possibly the best doctor I have ever experienced. She was so thorough and really clear and detailed in explaining the results and her conclusions. She had also taken the time to study the notes from my booking request and it felt like she really endeavoured to understand my case, asking a lot of questions. She also took the time to annotate the results as we went through them so I could understand it."

"For International Visitors & Pain Clinic Patients - Highly Recommended! While visiting Japan on multiple occasions I needed to see several doctors for different issues and some on very short notice and within my tight schedule. Marika in the International Office did an outstanding job scheduling my appointments to fit my needs, always responding in a very timely manner, always providing all the information I would need for the appointments, always in a professional and courteous manner and always in perfectly understandable English. Every person I have encountered in her same role at every medical facility in the USA could learn and improve much from Marika training!!! Experiencing severe radiating pain and numbness from my right hip to my calf, I was in desperate need for relief. I saw Dr. Tamura in the pain clinic, and she successfully treated my problem with lumbar nerve block injections. The NTT International office provided very friendly and competent translators to assist with my conversations with Dr. Tamura. Dr. Tamura is professional, courteous, thorough, asks the right questions and allows you time to do the same to reach the correct diagnosis and treatment, works efficiently and with compassion. Within a same-day 2-hour visit and only with an appointment request made 8 days earlier, I had a consultation with Dr. Tamura, lab tests and the injections!"

"Excellent maternity care at NTT Hospital I delivered my first baby at NTT Hospital in Tokyo and my experience was very good. The doctor was very professional and also spoke English, which made me feel very comfortable and confident during my pregnancy and delivery. The midwives were extremely kind, supportive and caring. They helped me patiently throughout labour and after delivery. The hospital also provided a translator, which was very helpful and made communication easy and stress-free. "Very good hospital, fast registration (sent an email and got an appointment for the next day), and very helpful and friendly staff. They also have interpreters! My interpreter was very nice and helped me with all procedures at the hospital, such as registering, finding the correct doctor's room, etc. The doctor was also very nice and friendly, and super helpful!"
