"I couldn’t be happier that The Lord led me to this amazing OASIS! This place is SO CLEAN, all the time!!! Everybody on staff is amazing, the Dr’s are top notch, everyone has a smile, the food is INCREDIBLE and they all take pride in their work! The best part is they are truly healing people!!! Jasson was my first point of contact and he answered all of my worries and questions with ease and super quickly. The moment he toured me, I know that Oasis was the best place to be. Everyone there is like family to me now."

"It has taken me over two years to write this review. I needed time to move beyond raw grief so I could share this with clarity — in hopes that it might help others avoid the pain my family experienced. My mother was diagnosed with Stage 4 gallbladder cancer in February 2022. Her medical team in Calgary was clear: the cancer was rare, aggressive, and terminal. After several rounds of chemotherapy, she was told there were no further treatment options — only palliative care. But like so many faced with the unthinkable, my mother held onto hope. When she came across The Oasis of Hope clinic’s messaging and was told her cancer was “treatable,” though with no guarantees, she made the decision to go. In October 2022, she spent three weeks at the clinic after being accepted into their program. She paid over $40,000 CAD for her stay, which included alternative treatments such as coffee enemas, a restrictive vegan diet, nutritional supplements, and low-dose chemotherapy. The staff were kind, and she found a sense of hope there — even made friends. But despite the supportive environment, her condition declined rapidly. She became severely malnourished and jaundiced, and was immediately hospitalized after returning home due to those complications that had gone unaddressed at the clinic. I don’t believe this was out of negligence — but I do believe they lacked the experience needed to treat her specific cancer. The most painful part of this experience is that my mother died in agonizing fear — when she could have had peace. In her final days, she was unable to speak or move, and I witnessed the moment she realized the treatment she had placed all her hope in would not save her. That hope, while comforting at first, ultimately robbed her of the chance to prepare for death, say goodbye, or find closure. She passed less than three months later — afraid and unprepared for the end. I want to be clear: I believe alternative and integrative medicine can have value. Some protocols may benefit patients with early-stage or less aggressive diagnoses. However, when a clinic performs a vetting process and accepts a patient into their program after reviewing their full medical history — including scans, bloodwork, and documentation — I believe they have a responsibility to act in alignment with what that information shows. My mother’s cancer was advanced, rare, and had already metastasized. Even the clinic acknowledged they had less experience treating her type of cancer. While they didn’t promise a cure, the very act of accepting her — reinforced a “hope” that was neither realistic nor fair. I understand this clinic is also a business. But it’s a hard truth to sit with — knowing that profit can sometimes outweigh doing the right thing, especially when the consequences of that decision are never seen by the ones making it. I believe if the clinic had acted more responsibly and declined her admission, my mother could have spent her final months grieving with time to find acceptance. Hope is not the enemy — but false hope is. It delays acceptance, silences important conversations, and steals the chance for a meaningful goodbye. It would have been incredibly painful for that hope to be taken away from my mom at first, but with time, she may have found peace — or had the chance to explore MAID and avoid the immense physical suffering she endured altogether. Please do your research carefully. Ask hard questions. If something seems too good to be true — especially when you're at your most vulnerable — pause. This experience changed my family forever. I only hope it might spare someone else from walking the same path."

"I was referred to go to Oasis of Hope by Heal Navigator as I was searching for treatment for a recurrence of Stage 1 breast cancer. After being given what I can only describe as a medieval treatment plan by my conventional oncologist at home, I knew in my heart that traditional standard of care was not my path, which sparked my search for alternative ways of healing. At first, I was looking for places that were purely alternative and shared in my hatred for conventional medicine. However, in hindsight, I am SO grateful to have found Oasis of Hope, where they truly bridge the best of BOTH conventional and alternative medicine for the most comprehensive, effective and supportive treatment plan for your body, mind AND spirit. From the moment I got on the phone with Oasis of Hope, I felt heard, I felt supported and most importantly I felt SAFE to be speaking with a facility and doctors that were well versed in both conventional & alternative healing (I wasn’t getting a biased perspective from a purely conventional, or purely alternative doctor and this is KEY!). The doctor I spoke with was so attentive to my every question and concern, and encouraged me to call him as many times as I needed (for FREE! This was amazing because every other place charges $500 or more to talk). Within a week, I was on my way to Oasis of Hope. I just completed my first two weeks of treatment, and I cannot be happier with my decision. Oasis of Hope TRULY restored my hope and was everything I had wished for in a cancer healing center. While I was there, I attended weekly educational classes to learn about each of the treatments in their protocol and WHY they do them (which made me an active participant in my healing rather than a passive receiver), weekly cooking classes to learn how to cook foods that fight cancer, and most importantly- I met other patients on a similar journey who became such dear friends to me. The staff was so supportive and attentive to my needs and the doctors were always available to answer my questions. But I really need to take a moment to shout out Dr. Contreras above all. Dr. Contreras is the first doctor I’ve spoken to where I FELT his heart. He spoke to me about my diagnosis with so much knowledge AND so much compassion, and I felt so safe to receive his advice for what he believed would be the best treatment plan for my scenario. Not only did he tell me what he believed would be best, he asked ME what I wanted to do! This was HUGE for me and very rare for an oncologist to take into consideration how you feel about the proposed treatment (which is actually a huge factor in your healing). Dr. Contreras is the first doctor who’s ever offered me a hug and the first doctor I’ve actually ever wanted to hug! The day before I left, I was met with by every member of the staff who all made sure I knew exactly what to do for the next 3 months for my at home protocol- and made sure that I had all of their contacts to know how to reach them whenever I needed between now and my next visit in three months. They will continue to follow up with me like this (at no additional cost) for the next FIVE YEARS! Their extensive follow up support is also how you know that their 5 year survival rates on their website are true- because they really do follow up with each patient for that long. I am so happy to feel like I finally found MY TEAM to get through this. I wanted to write an extensive review, because making this decision was very difficult for me considering there are SO many places to choose from (I was contemplating places in Arizona- which in hindsight I am SO glad I didn’t do because they are literally 5x the price for only 6-8 weeks with no on sight stay or food included, no support or care past 9-5 hours, and no follow up after your treatment is over). If you are reading this, consider this your sign to go to Oasis of Hope. I know that God led me here for a reason and would encourage anyone else contemplating it to say YES. I wish you all the best on your healing journey, you’ve got this!"

"I found Oasis Of Hope on Google and feel it’s my obligation to pass on the buck with my personal review. First of all, all the reviews are for real on Google, I met real cancer patients at OOH and experienced their stories of miraculous healing, even from stage IV, just as described. I have yet to experience my own healing, but one thing I can testify for already, is that after completing a 16 day protocol @ OOH I am home and can leave comfortably without taking my daily allergy medications🙏🙏🙏 Mike Salas is an awesome admission person, drivers: Vicente & Francisco are exceptional, nurses are very caring, cooking classes & meals are outstanding✨The facility is super clean. I am scheduled to return to OOH for an operation🙏🙏🙏 So, if you find my review helpful in making your decision to come to the Oasis Of Hope, please mention my name, 🌺JULIA WILLHITE🌺, to your admission person, so that both You and I can receive a $500 discount for our upcoming treatment protocols @ the Oasis Of Hope. PS For the companion of the patient, there is a gym available, as well as the ocean to walk by, and wonderful coffee shops/restaurants near by."

"Beautiful, Peaceful hospital and staff. The Lord lead our steps to this amazing place. My husband was recently diagnosed on February 1st, 2025. Not much hope was given and immediately, I was lead by the Lord to contact Oasis of Hope. Jasson was our first contact, who patiently guided and informed us and set up our initial Dr. consultation over the phone. From the moment we stepped in, we felt the presence of the Lord. The travel thru the border in/out was simple. From the kind drivers to all the medical and kitchen, janitorial staff, they are compassionate, kind and so accommodating. My husband is showing signs of great improvement since our visit. We are looking forward to our follow up and remain in touch with many of the families we met and continue praying for each other and the fantastic staff at Oasis of Hope!!! There’s no place like this anointed Hospital serving so many in such special ways. God bless Oasis of Hope. We are forever thankful we came by the prompting of Gods Holy Spirit."
