"Let's start with the less pleasant aspects: Yes, it takes time to get a doctor's appointment, and then you might not receive your treatments immediately, but when you see that hundreds of patients are treated there every day, you understand. I've been going to the MedTherme for years, even though it's a long drive for me. It starts at reception; the staff are always friendly and helpful, ready to solve any problem. The doctors I've had and currently have are competent, friendly, and take their time with the patients. I think 80 percent of the massage therapists are excellent, and they give wonderful massages. What helps me most with my knee problem is the underwater aerobics; the instructors there also deserve praise."

"I wouldn't even give it one star. The women at the reception desk for physical therapy (where you register and make appointments) are so incredibly unfriendly, rude, and impolite. They laugh at me, a patient, with absolutely no respect. They think they're in charge. It's so incredibly rude. The sign says "No Aggressive Behavior" – does that only apply to patients? What about these receptionists? They should read the sign more often! Extremely dissatisfied."
