"I saw the reviews about this place & I saw how your team responded to the bad reviews, claiming that “they are at the wrong clinic” or that “they looked up your name and didn’t find you on their agenda”. To be clear, I am not the one receiving care at this facility, so don’t bother on searching up my name, it’s my family member. So here is a picture to prove I am at the right location. All I want to share is that my family member told me how rude Doctor Juan Pablo is. & I just think that given the amount of money this place charges to receive care, their doctors shouldn’t be so mean. No one deserves to be treated like this. My family member is afraid to speak up about this rude doctor because they still have to come for more appointments in the future and doesn’t want this doctor to be biased and be even more rude to them for speaking up about his rude behavior. One time my family member asked a question about their recovery after surgery and his response came off as very rude and basically telling her she is dumb for asking that question. After all these bad reviews I read of him, whoever runs this place should give him a verbal warning about his behavior and if he continues making patients feel humiliated, FIRE HIM!!! Clearly people have been speaking up in the reviews about this doctor and the clinic doesn’t care because they are not doing anything to address the problem."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it. The customer service was unprofessional, and the information provided to me was inconsistent. Unfortunately, I was ultimately denied access to the studios I had already paid for, which was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I would strongly recommend considering other options."

"I had simultaneous multifocal lens replacement procedure in both eyes. And whereas this idea stressed me out initially, the procedure went very well and the outcome was fantastic. Dr. Juan Pablo Rodriguez explained each step, and what to expect in the initial weeks post-surgery. The personnel in the operating room were very friendly and attentive and follow up visits went well. Even parking was easy (they validate). It has been close to 5 months and my vision continues to improve. Do note that most lens replacement (especially multifocal) will cause halos, which are supposed to disappear as your brain adjusts. I was a little taken aback by that, but from I have read, it is quite normal. I still see them, albeit less, especially when driving at night – I’m hoping they eventually go away. All in all, I highly recommend Clinica de Ojos de Tijuana."

"Good service but does get crowded, so expect a wait. Parking is tough to get but if you find a spot on the small, open-air parking next door don’t forget to validate."
