"I am from the USA and visited this clinic for a planned check-up and some minor procedures. Let me start by saying that the coordinator was very welcoming and already had my schedule prepared, and everything was well organized. Dr. Ara is a phenomenal doctor and an exceptional human being—we had the pleasure of meeting him for the second time. We also met Dr. Leyes, who was also an excellent doctor. Dr. Cabrerra, the cardiologist, identified my husband’s heart issues, and he was very caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this center to everyone, and if I need to return in the future, I definitely will."

"If there was a zero star, i would give a zero star. The hospital looks very nice and new and with good online systems - which is not that common in Spain. BUT, in an MR operation, they did not apply the compelete tests that doctor requested and because of that i have to repeat the test! How can such a simple mistake happen in such a big hospital!?!? Their one job is to read what doctor requsted and do the procedure, but instead they make the patient to repeat the whole thing! Would never come again, definetely not acceptable."

"The technology they offer is excellent, and most of the staff are very pleasant. Customer service, however, particularly with regard to scheduling appointments, is remarkably poor — to the point that it can make contracting any service with Quirónsalud virtually impossible, regardless of their quality. They do not provide an online calendar, a functional email system or a working chat. To this day, the only way to book an appointment is by telephone. Even then, it is not possible to call them directly or to arrange a callback time. One must simply wait for them to make contact, which may occur on any day and at any time. The employees who call often have limited knowledge of the tests and procedures, and communication between the different Quirónsalud centres is equally deficient. In my experience, almost any question leads to the call being brought to a close with the promise of a future callback. Their internal communication systems also seem inadequate, meaning that speaking with a new employee almost always requires starting again from the beginning. In addition, not all staff appear to work with the same information, which frequently results in contradictory responses. While arranging a single appointment with most companies today takes only a few seconds, with Quirónsalud it can remain impossible even after weeks of attempts and dozens of calls. The email address that will likely answer to this review (atencionusuario...) is never answered, and consequently no problems are resolved by it."
