"If there were less than 1 star, I would happily give it to this hospital. I have been to this hospital 3 times, hoping every time that the next appointment with a different doctor will be better, but a BIG NO. Never going there again. An average waiting time for a 'normal patient' is easily around 3 hours. Hospital is always understaffed and on a shortage of doctors to tend patients even when they have an appointment fixed. Last time, my hand surgery was supposed to start at 10:00 in the morning, but instead it started at 15:00 even when my appointment was fixed. They didn't give me any reason why I had to wait 5 hours. Two days after, during my prognosis, they again made me wait for 3 hours just to check if everything went well with my surgery. And that's a recurring theme with this hospital. Once before I had an emergency, I had a severe stomach problem (red folder, 12 hour long extreme pain, vomiting, and food poisoning). They made me wait for 6 hours in the emergency and by the time it was my turn, the doctor didn't even make a proper diagnosis and sent me home after giving me some medicine."
"I went to the emergency room in the evening. Even though I had to wait for three hours, I was satisfied with the staff’s attitude. The doctor was very good—she ran some tests and referred me for further treatment."
"After posting the review, I was indeed contacted by the customer service. Who basically told me the same thing - I need to wait for 7 months to discuss the possibility of the operation. I've got an operations referral from my HNO doctor. When I came to the hospital to make an appointment, I was told that this can only be done by phone (even though I was already physically there). Fine, I gave them a call on the same day to arrange the appointment. I was told that before the operation, a consultation appointment is needed and the earliest slot is in the middle of March 2025, 7 (!) months from the date of the call. And this is only for the initial appointment, not for the operation itself. How on earth is it possible that one has to wait more than half a year simply to discuss the operation? Something shall be seriously wrong..."
"Augenheilkunde: Top friendly doctor today and very fast.! Thank you!"
"Operation of the finger went well. The doctor Georgios was professional and also i had a very good and informative conversation from Dr.Fritsch during the entire time. I had a scheduled visit to remove the stiches and they were not punctual, had to wait 1 hour while paying for parking. Once i got inside, another doctor said that it was too early to remove the stiches and that i should go to GP(haus arzt). Please understand that patients have also a job and private life. Thank you"
