"I had ACL surgery at this clinic less than a week ago and I was completely satisfied and thrilled with everything. I am one of those people who have a big white coat syndrome and here, strangely enough, after a while at the clinic, my fear disappeared and when I was discharged home the next morning, I was so sad about it. I was operated on by Mudr. Krejčí, an amazing and kind professional, huge thanks to him and his entire team. I would also like to send a special thank you to nurse Lucie Veselé, she is an incredible and selfless angel. Thank you all so much for everything ❤️"

"Ankle surgery 21.5. All staff pleasant, professional. From the reception, the nurse on reception, the physiotherapist, the anesthesiologist and the doctor. Really professional approach and you don't feel like just another burden, but like a patient who needs help. Thank you for all the care ❤️"

"I would like to express my sincere thanks and great praise to Mr. MUDr. Roman Bartoš, who operated on me on May 29, 2026 at Aveclinic. His professional approach, expert knowledge and human behavior inspired confidence in me throughout the treatment. I would also like to thank nurse Lucie Veselá for her professional and at the same time kind approach to patients. She was always willing to explain everything in a comprehensible way, help and support. She is a person in her place. Once again, I thank both of them for the excellent care and I wish them many professional and personal successes. With respect and gratitude Jana Frycová"

"Ave Clinic offers modern facilities and exceptionally friendly service—even in English. My ankle pain has significantly improved thanks to massage, electrical therapy, and a variety of recommended exercises. I'm very pleased with the care and support I've received at Ave Clinic."

"Visited orthopedic here, doctor is really good and attentive, excellent communication in English and Czech. However, clinic itself should focus on time management and organising the schedule. We’ve been there 2 times, and both times waited 30+ min for the scheduled appointment."

"My mother was admitted to the 1st station with acute joint inflammation, where she was brought by the ambulance service. However, the operation was postponed for four consecutive days on the grounds that the operating rooms were full. In the meantime, her condition had significantly worsened – she was confused, she hardly recognized us, and the inflammation was progressing so quickly that if she had waited another day, it might not have turned out well. She was not given food or drink every evening, because it was expected that she would go to the operating room the next day, which repeatedly did not happen. During the entire ten-day hospitalization, I did not manage to speak to the attending physician in person once. I only caught up with him once at seven in the morning by phone in the nurses' room, so we only learned about the outcome of the operation four days later. According to the nurse, my mother was informed about the operation during a visit, so she should have told us (my mother did not even remember that the doctor was there or how serious her condition was). This meant that our despair that we did not know anything about her health condition was considered settled by the nurses. Phone calls to the nurse were very unpleasant. Even though I tried to be as nice as possible so as not to make my mother feel bad, the answers were often irritated and even offensive, typically along the lines of: “Call me in an hour.” The nurses did not respond to my mother’s ringing about the bowl, they only appeared after a long time, sometimes even after an hour. In the meantime, they could be heard calling each other from the hallway to the rooms that they were going for a cigarette. It didn’t help that my father brought them coffee and chocolates to the nurse every day. In addition, the rehabilitation nurse painfully threw my mother’s operated leg back onto the bed, until my mother called me in tears to bring her 500 CZK, saying that the nurse might accept it as a request for more considerate treatment. In the end, coffee was “enough.” It took my mother a long time to recover from the nurses' behavior. This hospitalization remained a nightmare for us."
