The treatment by Ms. Löscher was very professional and pleasant, and I always felt well cared for! Thank you so much for your help! I can highly recommend this practice!"

"SHOCKING!! After being forced to go to another doctor (no appointments available), I discovered that I had to pay slightly less for the treatment there. I wanted to inquire at the practice why, but the receptionist brushed me off very rudely and impolitely. I simply wanted a phone appointment with the doctor, which was refused. The worst part, however, is that a few days later I received the following letter from the practice (see attachment). I'm speechless! Especially since I paid the bill on time and only had a question about the costs. The accusation of defamation is completely unfounded. If you don't want to feel like a shoplifter or a criminal, I strongly advise you to avoid this practice. (I'm writing this review on behalf of an elderly former patient.)"
