"I'm submitting this review purely based on the appointment times. I have had now an appointment twice in a row and both times I've had to wait more than 2hrs after my scheduled time. This is just not acceptable."

"The rudest personnel and the most arrogant doctors (to the extent that it gets funny and you almost feel sorry for them - but then you remember how much they earn so you don't) I have ever came across. From another perspective it is highly interesting that they all act so similarly. A researcher in sociology would find an excellent case-study here."

"Knee Surgery by Dr. Schneider was very good. However in both surgeries the wounds would not heal; my rehab had to stopped to clear infections. This group is STRICTLY surgery. They do the follow-up required by law and no more. The Dr. checked once for the first knee and not at all for the second. They will not address rehab, pain, etc. issues. Make sure you have a second doctor for that. Today I sustained injuries to one of my knees. It was swollen and I wanted the Dr. to check it. They refused - not surgical issue. In general, it was a bad experience. It's a huge practice: 50 - 60 people waiting hours at a time. Their support staff will say anything to get you to go away."

"Very disappointed. I came in for an appointment about my runner's knee and the reception staff were chatting away about nothing related to work for 15 minutes while people in crutches waited in line. After a long wait (despite an appointment) I was seen for maybe 2 minutes and recommendeded for an MRI, which seemed a little extreme. The reception miscommunicated the MRI appointment and I was only able to have my scan a month later due to the kind people at the scan office rescheduling. I then came back to my original doctor with results, who seemed surprised that I had an MRI for runner's knee (despite it being his idea that he had forgotten) and simply told me I should see a physio, which he could have said in the first appointment. Incredible waste of my time and felt extremely neglected throughout the entire process. I sincerely hope other patients didn't have such a bad experience."

"I visited this clinic for the first time today and had a truly positive experience. Dr.Groß was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. He explained my back issue with such care and clarity that I felt really calm and reassured. His friendly and compassionate manner made a big difference. All the clinic staff were also very polite and warm, which created a welcoming atmosphere. The only downside was that it took a bit of time to complete all the procedures, but considering the quality of care, it was absolutely worth it."
