"Well service and staff are good then not so good it’t never the same, I’ve been on Ward on floor one Since 10 days often you seem neglected the Dr’s give one message then another different I’m not sure they even talk to each other. I’m supposed to get the staples out after an operation on knee but now not, Okay if kept informed but my wife had to phone hospital administers to know what is going on, after all is arranged to leave today. I find the information lacking to patient!"
