"After a very quick appointment the very next day via Doctolib, I was greeted very warmly by the friendly lady at the reception. The treatment by Ms. Löscher was very professional and pleasant, and I always felt in good hands! Thank you so much for your help! I highly recommend this practice!"

"SHOCKING!! After being forced to see another doctor (no appointments were available), I discovered I had to pay slightly less for the treatment there. I wanted to inquire at the practice why, but the receptionist was very rude and impolite. I only wanted a telephone appointment with the doctor, but I was simply denied this. The worst part, however, is that a few days later, I received the following letter from the practice (see attachment). I'm at a loss for words! Especially since I paid the bill on time and only had one question about the costs. The accusation of defamation is completely unfounded. If you don't want to feel like a shoplifter or a criminal, I strongly advise you not to visit this practice. (I am writing this review on behalf of an older former patient.)"
