"I visited the Glyfada clinic for my knee problem that has been bothering me for years. I was very satisfied with the doctor's treatment, both on a medical and human level. From the girl at the reception to the doctor, I am grateful."

"Mr. Symeonidis may be a competent surgeon but I will never know. Unfortunately his behavior was disappointing. I visited him in the hope that he could help me after a failed leg surgery I had done in the past. To my husband's polite and well-intentioned question if he usually undertakes such operations, the doctor responded by asking if we had read his CV and told us in a strong tone that we were insulting him!! And to my question about the name of the operation he is proposing, he ironically asked me why I want to know since I am not a doctor! Mr. Symeonidis needs to learn that in order for a patient to trust him, there are conditions, such as kindness, empathy and understanding. I am sorry! edit for response to osteon For the record, there was no confrontation with Mr. Symeonidis! Nor any reproach against previous colleagues! The doctor, for some reason I can't understand, was offended (and expressed it in a very strong tone!) by my husband's simple question if he could take on my case. As I said before, in order for a patient to trust the surgeon, they must feel that they can express their concerns and not receive such a reaction!"

"Prompt service and flexibility when making an appointment. Mr. Pantos showed understanding and great interest in my problem. With his guidance I managed to regain functionality in my shoulder and be healthy again!"

"In recent years I have visited the OSTEOON Orthopedic Clinic for different reasons and each time my experience has been excellent. Mr. Pantos treated me with particular care and success for an upper extremity problem, with professionalism and accuracy in diagnosis and rehabilitation. Mr. Starantzis guided me effectively in managing back problems, with a scientific approach and humane care. Mr. Sakellariou supported me in issues concerning the lower extremities, offering targeted solutions and complete rehabilitation. In all cases, the results were excellent and the rehabilitation was complete in a short period of time. The clinic's space is modern, well-organized and welcoming, while the associates and staff are kind, humane and fully trained. I highly recommend the clinic and its doctors."

"This review is not pertinent to Dr. Peios himself, but rather his secretarial and telephone staff who supposedly coordinate and are the front line at the reception and who take care of appointments on behalf of the good Doctor. I began several weeks ago with one phone number to make an appointment, whom the receptionist gave me another number to call. I called this one only to be given another number. I called this next number only to be told that I have to call between certain times after 2pm. I gave up at this point and began the same adventure on another day the next week, only to get the exact same result. At this point, I am thinking, is it all worth it and what other implications am I going to encounter down the line when I am already experiencing difficulties in obtaining only an appointment, let alone seeing the Doctor. The following week I call again only to be told to try the other number. I call the other number and I am told to call after 2pm. I reply by saying to her that it is currently 2.20pm by my watch. She puts me on hold and comes back with an appointment for 4pm on march the 20th. I must be blessed !!!! I am thinking. Two days before the appointment date I get a call saying that the time has been changed to 3pm. No problem. The day of the appointment I arrive at 2.45pm only to be told that the Doctor hasn’t arrived yet. In medicine, there are priorities given due to unforeseen emergencies and situations that sometimes arise, all of which I totally understand. I tell the receptionist that I will be having coffee and to text or call me as I am not leaving and I will be downstairs. I get a call after twenty minutes only to be told that the Doctor hasn’t yet arrived. I reiterate that I am still downstairs and I will wait. At some point I decide to go up to the reception and as I am waiting for the lift to go up, I get the call. Upon entering the reception, I am told that there is someone inside now, and that I am next. So, I’m waiting again and its about 4.45pm. Finally, at 5pm I tell the receptionist that I cannot wait any longer, but first show my dissatisfaction to her on how she prioritized someone before me who came well afterwards, and especially given that I was here since 2.45pm and with the understanding also, that I was waiting downstairs for my appointment. “We are told to make appointments for this very reason” I said and I left. I am disappointed because I lost my entire afternoon and accomplished nothing. Whilst I reiterate, that this is not targeted at Dr. Peios in any way, I have to say that this entire experience is anything but professional, which unfortunately reflects back to the operational package and the entire surgery as a whole."
